User ImageWell the day was turning out to be a brisk one as a Usdia walked somewhat quick beside his human while trying to balance a basket on his back. It wasn't too easy when his human hadn't tightened the straps under his belly. Rolling his offset colored eyes Daytona stopped again as his human came to another berry patch and started picking the ripened berries and tossing them into the basket. He did so wish that they were done already, he missed the warmth of the fire in their teepee.

"Almost done there Tony." Said a young native female, her dusty colored hair pulled back into a short braid, the rest hanging like a ponytail. She was dressed in warm white clothing and hands gloved with deer hide. Nadi she was called by her people, Nadi had come across Daytona while he was a foal and nurtured him back to health and has clung to her ever since. Dark almond eyes looked the bush over before looking back at the gray and black pont that stood beside her. "What do you think? Think we have enough?" She asked the pony whom only looked at her oddly. "That's what I thought, that would only last the night. Come on, best keep looking." Nadi sighed walking again looking for more berry bushes and other fruits she could collect for their stores.
