"Samantha. Come on now. I just want to get this whole 'mother daughter day' thing over with. Please. Your father just had to make us go out didn't he. Well, lets do this and get it over with, so we can lie and tell him we both got along and did our thing." Annalissa said as she walked down the street going towards the restaurant that they were going to eat at. "Your father made reservations here. So lets just go." she said, walking in without a care.
Samantha on the other hand was not happy about this situation at all. She didn't like being alone with Annalissa in the least. She could care less. Just the fact that her father made plans for the two for lunch made her upset. "Fine, but just because my daddy made reservations for us to eat doesn't mean we have to enjoy each other." she said with a frown, arms crossed unhappily.
Annlissa rolled her eyes at the little girl's statement. The two walked in and sat themselves down. They weren't really supposed to seat themselves, but Annalissa was a very forceful woman. She got what she wanted. So, she sat down, along with Samantha on the other side. The two didn't even look at each other. They just looked away and watched other people eat. They then waited for the waitress or waiter to help them...which didn't happen soon enough. The two sat in boredom. What now?

Making reservations, or even going to places that required reservations wasn't something most anyone in the Dartsmoore family often did. However, Ebby had been too curious about what it was like to go to such a place and see why you needed to dress a bit nicer and had to have a spot ready for you in advance. So, he'd taken a little extra out and reserved something so the two of them could go out. Wasn't like Dartie couldn't afford it, she just chose not to usually.
That day, Bailey was in a royal blue zoot suit and a black button up, with a blue tie. Ebby was in a crimson child's dress - spaghetti strap with a small short sleeved jacket to go with it. Her shoes were black Mary Janes and she wore little silver clips in her hair to match the buckles. All in all, the both of them felt rather snazzy and were more than excited to arrive.
As they were being taken to their seats - at the table right next to the one Annalissa had chosen - Ebony spotted Sam's wings and quietly gasped and pointed, her own lightly fluttering in delight.
"How pretty!" she said in a hushed tone, just loud enough for the other girl to hear, "she's got pretty wings, see Bailey?"

Samantha looked all around, and saw the other girl sitting at the table next to them. "Oh well, thank you very much. You have pretty wings too. Hehe." she said smiling. She liked being complimented. It was nice. She hadn't really ever gotten a compliment like that before. "See Anna...I have pretty wings!" she said smiling in a smirkish type of way.
Annalissa just rolled her eyes once more and looked over at the other couple of people that were there. "Why hello. I'm Annalissa. I see your daughter is admiring my step-daughter's wings. Of course they are pretty young girl. They are demonic as well." Annalissa said smiling, showing her vampiric teeth. She wasn't all that nice, was she?

Ebby didn't like this woman immediately but just stuck up her chin and sniffed a little. "I don't mind demonic. I'm part demon too. S'why I'm purple and have horns."
Bailey raised an eyebrow at this woman. He didn't quite like how she was acting towards his sister.....or her step-daughter but that was another matter. Even Dartie was warmer to Ebby than this lady was to her little girl.

Samantha smiled. "That's great! Please just ignore her. That's what I do. She's really mean sometimes, and she always has to feel like she's better than everyone else. I don't know why my dad keeps her around." she said rolling her eyes and in a low tone. She waved at the little boy that was with this girl. "Hi. I'm Samantha. What's your guy's names?" she asked.
Annalissa just looked away, knowing that Samantha was talking badly of her. "I'll be in the bathroom if anyone needs me." she said, getting up and walking away. Samantha chuckled a bit and said, "No one will be needing you, so stay there as long as you want. Heheh." she said. Samantha was naturally a kind person, but towards Annalissa, that was the one person she could deal without being nice to.

Ebby smiled at Sam. "That's Bailey, he's my big brother. He takes me places since Mommy's kind of not-very-social. She's a good Mommy, but she just doesn't like people very much. She tries to help me as much as she can - she took me back to the Sevens place where they got me to help me not be scared of it anymore and we met a nice angel guy there." the lust spawn prattled, her toddler innocence and lack of logic allowing her to ramble a little but still look adorable.
"Bailey really likes people - his brain's older than his body cause he had a big body before but it was messed up so he has to grow up again. We usually bring our brother Sinny but he's too messy for this place." she finished with a nod.
Bailey laughed in a warm, gentle and affectionate way at his sister's antics. "Careful, Ebby, hon, don't talk her ear off."

Sam smiled. "Oh, no, I like talking. I do it all the time. I have an older brother. His name is Sylas. But he doesn't come out with Annalissa very much either. My daddy just told us to go and I didn't even want to. But yeah...I think my daddy took me to that Seven's place too. I met a really nice angel there. She's my real mommy, which is better than Anna as my mommy. I'm really glad I know she's not my real mommy." she said. She was happy to know all of those kinds of things. Hopefully Anna would never even become her true step-mother. But she lived with them. So, she was just a tag-a-long most of the time. Or, at least Sam thought of her as that. She probably actually wasn't, but that's how she saw her as.

"Ooh! You diiiiiiid? I haven't met mine yet. Almas said mine are named J'her and Colaer and Colaer's my angel mommmy and that J'her's too friendly. Who did you meet? What was she like?" the little girl was utterly thrilled at the thought of hearing about one of the angels at this place - they sounded so wonderful!

Samantha thought a moment. "Well, she was really nice. She was beautiful. I don't know the guy your talking about...but my mommy is the angel of kindness from the Sevens place. That's what the letter called her. It was nice getting to know her though." she said smiling. She then began to wonder. "What do you like to do?" she asked. She then tried to formulate what she liked to do, so that she could compare the similarities and differences.

"That's probably Colaer, then. Ebony's Lust and Kindness, and the guy apparently called her angel Colaer so you two have the same angelic half." Bailey pointed out then, intrigued by this. Previously they'd only met a kid who was the same sin as Ebby but not the same virtue.
"Ooh, I like to dance and play with my stuffed animals and stack blocks. What do you like to do?" the purple girl said excitedly.

Samantha didn't really even know what was meant by Bailey's statement. She shrugged and went on with the current conversation with her newest friend. "Oh! I like to dance too! I like to read my book, and write in my diary, and I also like to play in sand! I also have pets that I like to play with." she said smiling. She was now very excited about everything that was going on by this. Having someone who also liked to dance was a good thing.

Ebby noticed Bailey's statements though. "Does that make us sisters?"
"I guess. Half-sisters maybe."
Turning back to Sam, "I can't read yet. Bailey's been teaching me my ABCs though and how to count." she explained with a nod.

That caught Samantha's attention. "We're half-sisters!? We have more family!?" she said excitedly. She loved the concept of family. She couldn't ever escape those feelings.
She smiled and then looked at Bailey. "Hmmm...so...if we are sisters, doesn't that mean that we should have the same parents? Because I don't like Anna...I want to give her up. But if I could have someone else, that'd be great!" she said with a giant smile.

Bailey laughed at that. "You're biologically half-sisters, if you think about it, but you're still kind of stuck with the parents they gave you. Plus we wouldn't give up our Ebby for the world and I don't know if your family would wanna give you up, besides Anna." he teased cheerfully.
Ebony smiled brightly and hugged Sam. "Yay, I have a sister."

Samantha nodded. "Oh...well, that's to bad...because I would give up Anna like that." she said smiling. She tried to snap, but that didn't work all that well. Then she cheered with her newly found sister. "I have a sister!" she smiled and danced about in her seat with that thought in mind.
She then turned to Ebony and said, "Oh, I gotta meet your mommy and daddy. And you can meet my daddy. Trust me. He's a lot nicer than stupid Anna."
