Description:These thieves just roam around the city,
They may try to steal from you, Or even break in your house, or the room you're staying.
They can also be bribed to do some jobs for you.
Also, Since Paris is a large city, and therefore has plenty of thieves, these NPCs can, and may be killed.
DO keep in mind, that you can't just do something like this:
I run towards the thieve, and kick him down.
After he falls, I stab him in the heart with my sword/spear/any other pointy weapon.
No,... the post needs to be worth to read, You might even describe how he defends, and attacks you.
Just make it a slightly longer post, With a lot of details.

If they are able to find Straven, that is.
Something tells me that isn't gonna be easy.

I got this idea from one of Cobra_X's first posts,
Where he saw a thieve, and retrieved the goods he stole from Rune (Azure Yuzuki).
I try to make the city more realistic, hence the NPCs.
Now, the city's a bit more dangerous.
