Up a mountain path and around the bend is a gate that is open with the words WELCOME above them. As you come down the path, lined with sunflowers you see a small cozy cottage looking warm and comfortable with lights glowing in the windows.
INside youu will find a sitting room with soft couches with blue floral designs and a coffe table with all sorts of books. The kitchen is small but cozy and neat, with cooking utensils neatly hung on hooks and a couuntry motif. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large study / library that takes p most of the space. Inside are wall to wall mahogany bookshelves and comfy armchairs and a table with a reading lamp.
Though the design and layout is one of simplicity and the inside looks a tad old fashioned, within the walls is the peak of technical developments. Music can be piped into any room and the temperature can be controlled in any room by touching a small square on a wall and speaking the temperature. One of the walls in the study doubles as a touch screen computer. A window in the living room / parlor can also double as a screen for showing photos, videos, and anything you might want to show guests. Technology combines subtly with the cozy decor to provide comfort as well as efficiency.
