An episode of Ben 10 named Paradox reminded me of Doctor Who. The Professor of the story said he spent dozens of lifetimes. He has fought of thousands of aliens. He can't age. He owns a pocket watch. He is extremely smart. He has a map of time in his head. He also offers gum balls to people when he meets them. Of course they weren't allowed to say he offered them Jelly babies. In the episode Ben, Gwen, and Kevin found a abandoned military base. Inside they found a broken phone booth. The professor continuously mentions he is a time traveler. He tells them if them if they defeat this monster then the future would be in danger. He also says that time is like a river.(instead of a ball) At the end of the episode the professor is now traveling in time with a companion. It maybe me but there was to many coincidences to me.

Paradox is inspired by Doctor Who. This was confirmed by one of the show's executive producers: http://www.newsarama.com/tv/100823-Animated-Shorts.html
(Don't bother reading the entire article unless you're into Ben 10: Alien Force, because the only relevant bit essentially went "Is Paradox inspired by Doctor Who?" "Yes.")
Don't these kids ever change their clothes? That's another thing they've got in common with Doctor Who...

That's what happens when you become animated--you scarcely ever change clothes. smile Although they might have 25 sets of those clothes 'cos they like them.....
Sheesh. I watch Ben 10 halfway regularly, & I missed the one that would be really amusing! mad Oh, well. CN endlessly repeats everything.

Ahaha, nice.
My dad kinda watched it for a while with my sisters.. I should randomly tape it and be all, "Oh looky here.."
The opening of the show + premise (when I saw it ages ago) made me think of Doctor Who.. the whole "changing forms + aliens" thing I guess.

The Professor was back and played a sizable role in the season finale.

I haven't watched Ben 10 in ages (since I was an obsessive member of a different fandom that may have some of the same writers) This thread makes me wanna see if I can catch certain episodes xD Though, I'll probably be more than a little confused.

I liked the part when he gave Kevin a brand new '76 car and a note saying that if it came in contact with anything from '76 it would explode
