Wings: Long paper-like wings. They emit off a soft glow.
Base wing color = #f4fff7
Glow = #c1ffcf
Tail: Long and skinny. Paper feathers at the end of tail.
Base tail color =#f5e798
Hairstyle: Long straight white hair (See reference for exact style)
Base hair color = #ffffff
Personality: Rococo sees good and beauty in everything whether it be nice/mean or ugly/pretty. Despite her beauty she doesn't believe so. She thinks her wings are ugly and useless (since she can't fly with them). She dreams of one day being able to actually fly. She's shy and clumsy.
Position/Expression: Something that shows off she's shy
Items?: Two bows. One around her neck, other in her hair.

Etc: She has freckles all over her face and a heart-like design on her back end.
