when is it suupposed to be coming out anyway? or is it already out (haven't seen it in Japan, where I've been stuck for a year, though I haven't seen many popular X-box titles here)

No one knows when it's to come out. The listed time frame for release is financial year 2009-2010. They have delayed it so many times though. It was originally going to come out November 16, 2007. Big delay. O_o
