You can use it for baked or grilled fish of almost any kind. It's good with shrimps as well.
You need:
arrow 4 tblsp. olive oil
arrow 3 cloves garlic
arrow a bunch of parsley leaves
arrow a chili pepper, clean and seedless (might be dried)
arrow some lemon juice.
The easiest way to do it is just to put these in a blender an mix. I usually chop all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl.
After you do this, smother fish in it and put into the refrigerator at least for two hours. Grill or bake as it is.
