You need: arrow tagliatelle - 5 nests arrow one boneless and skinless chicken breast arrow one little zucchini arrow about 10 tiny champignons arrow an onion arrow a can of peeled tomatos arrow turmeric arrow Italian seasoning arrow chili powder
1. Dice the chicken and saute it on a pan on a bit of butter for ten minutes. Add some tumeric to the colour and the Italian seasoning. Mix on the pan, put aside to a warm place. Do not get rid of the grease.
2. Meanwhile chop the onion and dice the champignons if they aren't THAT tiny. Slice the zucchini and cut the slices in half.
3. On the remaining butter saute the onion, add champignons, fry for 7 minutes, then add the zucchini, fry for 10 minutes. Add the peeled tomatoes with the juice (they may be blended, chopped or diced).
4. Let simmer for 10 minutes, adding chili powder at some point. At the same time, boil the pasta al dente.
5. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with grated parmesan.

Seems you need time to do it. But 'reggae colors' is creative.
