Sunset was Adira's favorite time to fly; it was a peaceful close to any day, and the colors! The reds and oranges splashing across the scattered clouds and reflecting off her rainbowed wings never failed to spark joy inside her. But all good things must come to an end, and as night crept up, Adira began looking for a place to land.
Safiya linked her tail with Alibi's as they sat and watched the sunset together. Leaning over a bit, Safiya nuzzled against her mate's shoulder, sighing softly.
"I love watching the sunset with you, even if it does mean i have to get up early." Safiya said teasingly.

 Alibi smiled and chuckled as he nuzzled into her. "You are to cute and beautiful in the sunset light." he swung there tails together, like one would if they were holding hands. "Why do you have to get up early again?" He looked up at her forgetting why.

Picking a suitible tree, Adira flew in low so as to make her landing. Just as she touched down on the branch, she caught the sound of two foxes conversing with each other. One of the voices she didn't know, but the other voice.... Adira's face lit up in joy as the sounds of her adopted sister's voice floated to her. Dropping out of the tree, the rainbow winged 'phim stealthily made her way through the underbrush.
Safiya laughed at the question, looking up at her mate with a smile. "I know you like to roam around during the day sometimes, but remember, I'm stictly a nocturnal fox. Sunset, to me, is basically sunrise for a day fox." she replied, leaning into him.

Alibi smiled. "Oh yeah.. I kinda forgot." He chuckled as he licked her cheek. "I'm sorry." he nuzzled her neck. "I guess I'm just complicated. some times I run around at night and other times I run around during the day."

Adira made her way up the small hill where the two modi's were watching the sunset. The female was in fact her sister, though Adira's never seen the male before. Being as quiet as she could, she finally got close enough and pounced.
Safiya blushed and looked up at him. "It's ok, I enjoy getting up early to watch the sunset." She smiled and licked his muzzle back. "Besides, I know-Ooof" Safiya exclaimed, getting hit from behind. She and whatever had hit her rolled a few feet before coming to a stop.
Slightly dizzy, Safiya looked up to see neon swirls, multicolored wings, and a matching mohawk. "You! What are you doing here?"

Alibi shot up. "SAFIYA!" He ran after the two like a bat out of hell. He glared at the modi with wings and growled. He tackled the strange modi off his mate and once they hit the ground he jumped back and stood in front of Safiya growling. His hair was standing on end as he growled and began to glow slightly.

Safiya quickly scrambled up and nuzzled Alibi's shoulder. "It's ok, Love. This is Adira, my spaztastic adopted sister." Safiya explained quickly before rounding on the 'phim. "And you. Did you have to go about saying hi like that?"
Adira laughed. She rolled onto her back, being careful of her wings, and watched them from this new upsidedown vantage point. "Yes. It was fun. So who is this?" she asked.

"Uhh hu?" He looked back at his mate then back at the modi with wings. He blinked for a moment as his brain processed the information given. "YOU HAVE A SISTER?!" He shot his head back around to looked at his mate with a comical look as he stood up on his back paws suprised at what she had said.

"Well, yes. We met when we were just kits, and we sorta adopted each other." Safiya explained, smiling at his antics. "And this, Adira, is my mate, Alibi."
"Quite the goofball you got there, Safiya." Adira noted. "Wait, mate? You got a mate without telling me?"

Alibi looked from Adria to Safiya. "So you two met when you were little." He smiled then quickly look at Adria. "G....Goofball?" 0_0 crying He slumped down with his back to them. "I'm a goofball..."

"I don't have to tell you everything, Adira. Besides it's hard to find you when you're flying around the entire world." Safiya pointed out. "And don't be mean." Safiya went to Alibi and nuzzed him, giving him a lick on his muzzle. "Ignore her, love. I like you goofy, it makes me laugh."
"Ick, mushy stuff." Adira said, laughingly. "Alright, alright. I'm sorry I called you a goofball. You're antics were just...entertaining is all."

Alibi turned his head to nuzzle with his mate. "Ok... then I'm happ I make you laugh." He stood back up then looked at the flying modi. "Its ok." He smiled. "I think I was over reacting a bit." He sat down. "So...um if you don't mind me asking... exactly what are you?" He cocked his head to the side.

Safiya smiled at the fact that they were getting along and leaned into Alibi. She twined her tail around his contentedly.
"I'm a modiphim, though I am different than most." Adira said proudly, snapping her wings out to show off. She twitched her tail and giggled. "And what about you? I've never seen a glowing modifox before."
