So, I saw some people on here talking about this, and I googled it and went to the official site, but I still don't know what it is. Could someone help me? Thank you! <3

Emilie Autumn is a gothic-victorian violinist. She creates amazing music, go to myspace if you want to take a listen. (myspace.com/emilieautumn)
She could be considered gothic lolita, maybe steampunk, but this is all up for discussion.
Any other ladies want to make some imput?

Well, to add to what others have said, she single-handedly created the musical genre "victoriandustrial'. (Also called 'violindustrial'.)
You can also find a load of her songs on YouTube if you're one of the people who doesn't like MySpace *raises hand*. Just search for her name and any song title and you'll probably find a vid with lyrics. My favourite songs of hers include "What If", "Rose Red", "Dead Is The New Alive", "How Strange", and "Swallow", but I don't believe I've ever head a song of hers I didn't adore. I feel a little one-track for saying so, but there it is. She is magnificent.
I, as a Classic Lolita, do not think she's a gothic loli. SHe takes influence from loli, but true loli is extremely innocent, skirts are never shorter than the knee, there's a whole list of guidelines I could go on avout. I've always considered her style punktorian, Victorian-influenced, or possibly Neo-Vic. But that's just me.

Well, her music can be described in many ways:synthepop, classical, steam punk, punktorian, victoriandustrial, dark caberet . . . yup, can you tell I've "wikipedia-fied" Emilie Autumn SEVERAL times.

Cool, I shall have to give her some of my time and youtube her. Thank you all very much for your input. *curtsies* Ah yes, there are truly many rules to being a lolita. I dress the boy, classic, sweet, gothic, and punk generas (I spell terrable) of the lolita fashion <3
