Dark enjoyed a romp around the forest, his biggest enjoyment was feeling the air rush through his hair as he descended upon the manor, his romps always accompanied by his pack members as they followed along the ground.

Dark's ears quivered at the sound as he landed and shifted direction back to the house. Gathering strength into his jump, he grunted as he ascended higher than before and made the several hundred yard leap landing in front of the pond. He peered the surroundings, grooming himself hastely for thier guest.

Dark sniffed the air, the lure of horse and woman came lofting from the woods and he knew his pack would attack. He leapt twice more, reaching the forest edge as he beat his wolves by a good distance. As he landed upon a tree branch slightly distant form the guest, he peered over and saw the approaching pack. "You have nothing to fear" He spoke in an alluring and calm voice. "my family will not hurt you... nor will I." He eyed her slowly, taking in her beauty. Even with her Equine blood, she still had a scent he found mouth watering.

Dark smiled and leapt down from his perch and knelt before her, showing hi respect. As the pack approached he turned and gave an obvious look of intent as they slowed and simply sniffed her from a distance. "This is my family." he smiled. "This place is a haven for those creatures who are hunted or cannot exist in society by themselves. Most common wolves who are either too young or too old to hold a human form, Though their family also reside here."

As he spoke two members of the nearby pack began to change, one reaching an elderly Lupe Gaoru, the other the form of a small boy nearly 14. "Can we eat it Dark?" the boy asked inquisitively. "Kejai..." Dark shook his head. "This is not a cow. This is-" He paused realizing he hadn't given her a chance to introduce herself. "A thousand pardons Madam..." he apologized. "May I know your name?"

Dark sensed her dismay and looked to the pack. "I think she has had enough excitement for one day..." he spoke sternly as the pack nodded and left. "But Daaarrrrk-" the boy whined. Dark simply gave him a look of disappointment. The boy turned and shifting back into his form, bolted after the others.

"You honestly have nothing to fear here my dear." he smiled. "let me know where you were heading and I will escort you myself. Otherwise, I invite you to tea." He waved his hand toward the large house as he lowered himself in a bow.

Dark smiled. "The back door is small, but the front is double wide." he remarked. He felt she was still inclined to run and simply smiled. "Or we can have it out here if you like."

The small boy returned and before he got a chance to speak, Dark glares at him. "Centaur, not cow." he spoke. The boy waved the comment aside. "No Dark, it's Rawhide. She's laying down and making sounds as though she is dying." Dark's eyes grew wide a bit. "What did you do to that horse!" Dark demanded. "She is long into her preg-" Dark slapped his forehead at the obvious truth.

"Wait!" Keljai shouted as Dark ran toward the barn. "Whats going on?!" Keljai turned to the guest and waved a moment before taking after Dark. "You mean she's gonna have her baby?! He screamed out as Dark's figure grew smaller. "You don't know how to deliver a horse!"

Dark leapt once more, clearing a fence as he landed in the middle of a small corral. near the opposite end was a Walker Mare, her skin stretched at the middle and her breath heavy with pain. Dark stopped and turned, ducking as his guest almost tramples him as she landed a few feet in further. Dark called away the pack that circled the mother and ordered them to stay their distance. he placed his palm on the mare's stomach and paused a moment before gasping. "There are two lives in there."
