one random day my husband all of a sudden got a really irritated penus and he says there is some kind of cut or scratch making it painful when his foreskin is even shifted ( it is right at the bottom of the glans on the bottom)..making it hard to have sex....anyone know what we should do?

-Don't attempt sex until he gets better. Sexual activity could rip the cut open and increase the chance of infection.
-Keep the area clean and dry.
-He can apply Neosporin to reduce the chance of infection.
-If it gets worse or if it doesn't get better in a few days, then he should probably talk to a doctor about it.

Don't have sex until it's healed. If it doesn't heal, or if it takes a long time to heal, it'd be worth talking to a doctor about. And as Lorien said, make sure he keeps the area clean and as dry as possible while it's healing.
My boyfriend's had a couple of sore spots when he over-scratches or whatnot and he's used Polysporin before. He said it seems to help.
