1.) When i transfer mugen to a different computer...it doesnt want to work...which is really odd... it works perfect on mine, but when i transfer it to another computer, it doesnt want to work.

Edit: It's the KOF 2k Screen pack that won't work when I transfer, I'll be looking up how to fix it, so I really only need help on 3&4 now!

i tried looking up the error code on google but nothing comes up.
Can anyone help with this?

2.)How can i change the power/damage of hyper/super special moves?
I've been tinkering with this one for a few months now...

3.)Is it possible to make a hyper move take a percentage of health instead of a set amount?

4.) Why when i change the CPU commands....it doesnt want to cooperate?!? (not really question...more of a complaint...XD)

Well, i have fighter factory...but..I guess the problem was i was trying to do it with just looking at coding..usually i can figure it out... but i spose i could tinker with FF some more...Thanks!
