But I see X as being a extremely hard sub-boss that's in the same dungeon as the the last boss. Or a boss in second to last quest before taking on the last one.

So Frank is a clone.
I'm presuming that the G-CORP Labtech and 123 is the clone of Frank, and not Frank himself is a clone of someone else.
That's great. I've always liked Frank.
But why did X get him to spread around rings? Why did he create them? Why am I asking so many questions? Will I ever finish this damn game before the end of the beta.
