I read this report of prescription drugs in the water and the government not testing for them. Then I thought to my self, how much marajiana would I have to flush down the toilet to get my to get my whole city high?

Well, first of all, marijuana probably wouldn't be the most efficient chemical to use. And then, just because the city doesn't test for it doesn't mean the sewage treatment wouldn't filter out the major part of it, so flushing it might not even work. You'd probably only end up with a concentration of drugs in your septic tank.

There's only one way to solve a conundrum like this. The time-honored Discordian traditional game of Sink. xd

Hang on, why do you want to waste perfectly good drugs by flushing them down in the toilet in the first place? They're expensive!
