The mainland is a very large island, with three mountainous islands in the heart of the island. These three islets are off limits to everyone else, and are closed off by the means of an invisible barrier both to prevent others from going in, and its dangerous inhabitants from getting out.
The mainland consists of both plains and forests. Forests border the island, while grasslands can be found near the river.
There is a sheer drop around the water's edge in the middle of the island, so everyone is adviced to be extra careful when navigating through those parts.

[[ Continuing the RP with Shetan and I. This was the last post. 3nodding ]] Shetan1992 Wild nods. "With such murderous parents, one would think their offspring would become as vile as the ones who's blood runs through their veins. However I see no hatred nor evil in you. Your pleasant disposition puzzles me. However I am glad." He smiled. Hearing her next words, sent a tidal wave of joy through his body, though his physical features did not show it. One would not love their child as a partner. However my ecstatic behavior has probably scared her off by now. I best keep my manners, and draw back with my flirtacious ways. The thoughts raced through his mind. A light blush crept over her features, its pinkish tendrils alighting her expression. "Thank you, Sir. My first impression of you is, too, a good one." She paused then, the blush staying stubbornly in its place. "What brings you to these parts? The only other Canid I've seen here since my birth has been Timber, here."

Wild smiled warmly. "I have come in search of a pack. So far, you are the first canids I have met. Hunting is hard, therefore a pack would be a smart thing to start." He paused. "However for now I suppose we could just stay as a group."
Timber lay wearily. Sleep clouded his thoughts, as the urge to continue to rest blurred his vision. He swatted himself with a paw to awaken, but still remained drowsy.
(Just a question, are there canid packs? One would think so.)

((Yay, ok! -needs brain waves- Let's see...))
Black-tipped tail swished noiselessly behind her as she carefully poked her tattooed maw through a clump of grass. Her red-brown eyes watched the three Canids timidly as she eased herself down to observe them. Her four black paws placed close to each other and ready to spring, and her ebony ears laid flat against her skull, she waited. The iridescent amber swirls that tattooed three of her legs, her ears and her maw seemed to glint, unbidden, in the sunlight. They seemed to flash signals at the three Canids, even when she willed them to stop. She didn't know if they were friendly or not. With the thought heavy on her heart, she pressed her sand hued body closer to the ground.

With the thought heavy on her heart, she pressed her sand hued body closer to the ground.A glint of light caught Wild's eye. He yanked his head to the direction, and sniffed the air. "We are not alone." He whispered. He stood stiff legged and tall, hackles raised. "Who is there? Are you friend or foe?" He demanded, his voice strong yet kind.

She growled inwardly and raised a paw to bat angrily at her ear. With her eyes cast upwards, she crawled from the bushes, her ears laid flat behind her forehead. "I-I am Sahara...'s Fall...Sahara." She managed, pushing her maw a little higher into the air a little defiantly. She had had a harsh cubhood, her parents having been angry and short-tempered, she had learned never to bare her belly to other Canids, but show more spirit.

Wild's hackles lowered, and his muscles relaxed. However his tail was still held high. He examined her posture, and nodded. "You may approach." He said softly.

She shot a wary glance at the big male, her eyes shining with instinctive tension. She edged closer to the three other Canids, her mitts touching the ground ever so softly with each footfall.

Wild's eyes softened. "Come come, we mean you no harm." He chuckled softly. Feeling bored, he began to pace. "It seems as though we have a pack now!" He swiveled his ears curiously, and sniffed the air.

A gentle smirk caressed her maw. "A pack... I have not had a pack in years." Indeed, it was questionable whether she ever had a pack. Your murderous parents, good-hearted brother, and three dead siblings hardly counts as a pack. Niether does a kind human girl. She turned now to the new wolfess, her tail high but not as high as Wild's, and her ears perked but in curiousity rather than dominance. Her discolored eyes were soft with kindness, and she bowed her head in a sign of respect. Her stone-gray fur ruffled a bit in the breeze as she brought her maw level with the earth once more, holding eye contact with the fae. For her, it wasn't a challenge, but a welcoming into the lands.

The kindness she could see reflecting in the eyes of the others sent a slight shiver running from the base of her neck to her tail. It all seemed to strange and good to be truely happening to her. The moment she had been born was the day bad luck seemed to have befallen her mother, who remained nameless to her to this day. Shortly after the birth of her litter her two brothers, the only others of her litter, had died mysteriously. Not long after that, her mother had suffered from a wound while helping the pack to hunt, and she too had died. Her father, being the irrational, emotionally wrecked beast he was after the death of his first two sons, had driven her angrily from the pack.

((Whoops, she was supposed to be orange xD))
Sahara whined, her ears tattooed ears flipping back anxiously. She could feel a mirthless crackling within her, a feeling that shattered her soul. It was a horrible feeling. Then fear overtook her instincts, and her vision suddenly seemed to be swathed in bright red. The big male Canid had gone blurry and looked as though he had been drenched with fresh blood. She swept her frenzied gaze to the kind gray female. She, too, was unfocused and seemingly bloody, if not a darker and grayer shade. With a stroke of horror, she turned tail to flee back into the grass, her vision now so monotoned she could barely tell trees from the grass and the sky.
She lay panting in the grass, her tail twitching feverishly. The angry cracking that seemed to radiate from the very core of her bones had slowed and faded, but it was still there and she could feel it. The amber swirls that patterned her legs, maw and ears seemed to be burning holes through her fur and into her as she laid her head down miserably.
When she woke not five beats later, the weight of the red vision had vanished. The cracking that had resounded over and over again in her fevered sleep had gone away, and she stood to stretch. Her low tail billowed out behind her as she shook her fur. Her legs were... longer. She frowned, drawing a paw forward, and twisting to look at herself. The transformation was incredible. She had grown fully in the last ten beats of her life. She let out a howl of joy, and turned, bounding back the way she had come. She didn't was to loose these other Canids. For although she felt like she was at the top of the world, right now, they were all she had.
