I'm interested, where is the ~ key on the keyboards for those of you in the states?
I am in the UK and it is next to the return key (same key as # and you need to hold shift to activate it) but it doesnt work for me sad

It's above the tab button and next to the 1
The actual key is ` but that doesn't show up so good so we just say ~
You don't need to hit shift in game for it to work.

...Or you could just edit your controls (Menu > Options > Controls) and assign another button to "target next." I like "Q" (but I use WASD, so it's easy for me).
