"Halia don't run off m'kay?" The small green and brown pala called cheerfully out to the little indent in the grass zigzagging back and forth in front of him. "Yeah, yeah!" The blunt reply came and two small ears rose up to peak over the green grass, which was incredibly tall where they were. The two were currently situated by the shop known as Elderspark. Leilani's brilliant emerald eyes roamed out across the vast fields surrounding the shop, which eventually ended with either a forest or the town of Durem.

He was currently awaited Lenore and his two other darling little children. They'd be spending the day together and what a beautiful day it was! Shielding his eyes from the sun he looked up at the vast expanse of blue stretching across the sky. Hardly a cloud in the sky. Although it was a bit nippy out, but nothing his fur didn't protect him from. While he was standing around he didn't notice the little bundle of pale tan fur slowly stalking him until it was too late. The little creature pounced at him to which he gave a surprised yip and fell backwards.

Halia came to sit on Leilani's chest, scooting up until she was looking into his eyes. Leilani was laughing at this point and met her victorious purple eyes. "Gotcha!" She growled playfully at which Leilani stuck out his tongue at her.

"Moooooooooommy! Hurry up plz!" The little pink pala called back with her two little hands cupped around her mouth to her mom who was slightly lagging behind. "I want to meet Daddy, and we're probably most definitely late. That's not good, not good at all." Kiana shook her head vigorously to emphasive her point. It was not good to be late, it was always good to be punctual. Well, it wasn't like she could really blame Mommy. They had been at the park playing on the slide and Kiana had just wanted to go down the slide just one more time...and then one more...and one more...but that wasn't entirely her own fault or was it? The slide was fun, that whoshing feeling as she zoomed down it and landing gracefully onto the ground. Fun, fun, fun! Maybe Daddy and Halia could come next time, that it would be double, no triple the fun!

"Me knows, me knows, me knows." replied Lenore, giggling slightly, "The problem is you see, I've become an old pala. Before you know it, I'll have no teeth and I'll be leaning on my little wooden stick here shouting at little baby palas to get off of my lawn." She hunched her shoulders as she made her way towards her daughter leaning on an imaginary walking stick. "Now, you see here, young one, it is no good using improper grammar, it makes us old peoples think that you have no proper upbringing. You sho-" She stopped in midsentence as her violet eyes caught the two brown figures in the distance. She straightened up from her old granny pose promptly and started to jump up and down, her wavy hair bouncing up and down on her shoulders as she called excitedly,"Hey Halia! Hey Leilani!"

Kiana had been laughing at her mother's little act, when she noticed that she had stopped and shouted. "Eh? Daddy? Halia?" She looked around, and there she saw them. A grin widned on her cheeks as her bright green eyes danced happily,"Look, Kafei, there's Daddy and Halia!" to her golden sister beside her, though no doubt she had saw them as well. Then Kiana ran towards the two figures and pounced on them,"Hoooooooooola, long time no see~"

Not much farther behind Kiana and Lenore was Kafei. The tan pala was just as excited as her sister to see her other sibling and her father but she was acting much more mature and proper as an attempt to perhaps impress her family when they got there. Giggling at her mother and sister she wondered if the other half of their family was just this hyper. Hm, maybe, birds of a feather do flock together I suppose. I kinda hope so too, then we'll have infinity times as much fun~! Sure their hyperactivity was what annoyed her the most, but it was also usually the reason behind her happiness whenever she smiled.

Kafei continued her mature attitude, though, seeing them now she could no longer contain her dignity and lady-like performance. Opening her arms for a big bear hug she ran towards them. "Papaaa~!!! Haliaaa~!!!" With a big grin she tackled the three, Kiana already there. So good to be home! <3 Though, as soon as she dashed and hugged them she hopped off and dusted herself off sheepishly, realizing how silly she just was. Shyly she looked at her father and sisters. "I-it's good to see you both!" She lowered her head slightly and looked at the ground, hoping she'd be welcomed with open arms as well.

((Pretend that's her child image. o3o;; ))
