You're never alone on here. I'm on for most of the day unless I have business elsewhere, and you might not be able to make it on at the times everyone else is available. I'm usually on anytime between 8 AM - 2 PM (Mountain Time).
Timing it might just make the Guild seem like a place you're obliged to go to, if there are set times for discussion. I wholeheartedly agree that we should find a way to bump into each other more often, but it isn't something so easily fixed.

Gah! Ball?! My finery is this necklace and the complex shirt... And maybe the auburn coat/pants. Keith, think wardobe exapansion!
As if I had the money... Or the time to shop for Gaian clothes when I'm in desperate need of real new pants. The jeans are so worn out, my keys can cut holes in it. Hooray for the unemployed! stare

The term "sock-hop" makes me think of sock puppets... and hip hop, at the same time. The worst part of the mental image is the breakdancing. Make it stop! gonk

Perhaps instead of the dreaded sock-hop, which reminds me of Grease, we should have a swing dance. Kinda makes me wish Gaia had Zoot suits. Or maybe a prom.
