The sun rises to greet a new day Welcoming earths creatures to a new adventure Great and small they arise To greet the beaming sun
Today the storm clouds gather Bringing misery to the creatures Rain strikes the earth's surface Showing no mercy
A creature basking In the sun's angry tears Watches his life complicate An enigma indeed
A friend show their true colors Insulting him in spite Numb to this he is But effected all the same
Childhood seems like a dead memory As if it belonged to someone else Feeling his life, or his spirit, pouring out An eager soul slows to a stop
Happy memories from a box An excape from his past grief The family is dying He struggles to revive it before it's too late
Worried for himself Trying to keep himself Not giving in The fight to stay alive
Confusian sets in Leading to panic Sadness grips his heart He just stares to the heavens
Not for an answer Although it would be nice But to dream of a life long past Of a life greeted by the warm elated sun.

Wow it was amazing. I loved the scenic wording... at least for me it painted images in my head while I read it. I think you are one of those people who's poetry plays music while someone is reading it. That sounds funny but it always feels like there's some type of tribal/nature music playing while I read your work.
