When you back up the playstation to an external source (i used a 32gb memory stick), it doesn't back up trophies because th trophies are stored on the sony servers. So today i added a new harddrive to my ps3 and after i restore everything, i notice i had no trophies. But what happens is they reappear again when you put the game in you have trophies on.
It's not like i had trophies on many games. I have trophies on 4 games but i also have GTA IV but it on my trophy list but i havr no trophies for it.

I just wish they improve trophy connectivity, if that makes sense. Like the 360 achievement are uploaded as soon as you get them to there servers but with trophies you have to go to the XMB out of game to sync them. It just incase you for get and update your hard drive you'll lose those trophies unless you want to put the old one back in, which is a waste of a couple of minutes.

I love the trophies system but I wasn't oo happy when I downloaded it and discovered I had to redo all my Uncharted achievements...
I spent a lot of time getting to 100% completion, only to have to do it again. I just had to hammer it over the weekend and finally did it...
'Crushing' difficulty really lives up to it's name.
