Ok, when I try to sleep, I close my eyes..and everytime I think i always think of something horrible happening to my boyfriend, or to me, or anything. Mostly dieing a really painful death, like someone tortering someone close to me. And it just really makes me sick and then I cant sleep. And I can never control it, it just happens. I dont know why either . I was just wondering if any of you guys had some kind of ritual or anything to cleanse my thoughts or dreams. Maybe a drink or something? I dont know. Thanks.

Hey, Yeah I got a tea and an incense for you..

Its called an "end nightmare" incense. So could help... anyways burn it in your room right before you go to sleep.

1 Part Thyme
1 Part Willow
1 Part camomile

also if something IS going on, and you need to know what it is, I reconmend using a tea of mugwort, bay leaf and yarrow. of you could always smoke a bit of mugwort in say.. a joint by it self razz sounds funny, and such, but when you burn it, you dont intake the toxic part of the plant, and just the juciy goodness that will influence prophetic dreams.

Psychic Dream Tea
1 teaspoon mugwort
two bay leafs (dried or fresh)
one sprig of yarrow
-let the tea steep for 3 mins, and make sure to filter out any chunks, I reconmend using a mesh tea ball, or a cloth bag to make sure no chunks get in it, as mugwort can have a toxic effect on you, maybe, just if the physical plant is ingested.

Wow, thanks. I'll look into that. Now is there a certain store to buy these? Or just any grocerie (sp?) store? For the incense, how do you make it? Are those the incense? Or do you mix them or what?

I love doing dreams. This one is easy. Its not about acual people. You have an inner conflict and are using these people to represent some big problem you have in real life. See the dream to the end, even if it scares the crap out of you. It will give you the real scenereo and you'll be able to take of the problem from there.

good some one who can interpret dreams...
Ok I had this dream accouple weeks ago and I can't make heads or tails of it. I was at my home that I lived in about 4 years ago. It was winter, or atleast there was bout 1ft of snow on the ground, and I was with my brother. My brother gave am a horse to ride as a present. It was a brown horse with no saddle but had a halter on it. I was riding towards the fields because I lived on a farm and I had my dog who is a great dane and a rhino with me. The rhino was pure white and seems to be like a pet or a friend. When I got to the fields there was a big black rhino that didn't seem to like my white rhino at all. So I jumped off the horse and I went to take my rhino home. The horse then started to run away and my brother was running after it, but when I called to the horse, it came to me. My dog was bounding through the snow and was helping me take the white rhino home to safty.
