Horde used to be evil back when they were led by Warchief Blackhand, who was controlled by the corrupt warlock Gul'dan, a servant of the demonic burning legion.
That horde is long gone. The new horde is lead by Thrall and is free of the Burning Legion's taint.
On the other hand, the alliance are the same assholes they've always been, especially considering most of the people I'd consider "good" are dead, or MIA. With the exception of people like Tirion Fordring, who is accepting of both alliance and horde.
