It seemed like Fyja was spending more and more time 'patrolling' the area his family stayed in. He'd met several interesting cubs his own age, and had a lot to think about. Part of him wanted to mention the offer to join the Pridelanders he'd gotten from one of those meetings, but the other half of him knew his parents were happy how they were.
In his thoughts he'd let himself wander a bit farther out than planned, and found himself in the rogue lands. He sat back, taking in the sight of the vast grassy expanse. Where was best for his family?

(( For the wait...been having compy issues and Firefox issues..>.> It doesn't like gaia )) Talutah was stalking a butterfly near a large rock. She slowly moved around it and peeked around the top at the butterfly. Her lips curled into a evil smile as she prepared to pounce. She wiggled her little rear and then launched at the butterfly.
It flew off and she continued her failing attack to catch the butterfly. She danced on her hind legs, her front paws flailing at the butterfly in attempts to catch it. Soon it flew to high just as she tripped over a branch.
"Ooof!" she cried out as she hit the ground. "Ugh...stupid butterfly." She stood up and shook herself off.

Hmm? What was that? It sounded familiar, maybe one of his sisters had wandered out this far? He headed in the direction of the sound and leapt up onto the rock Talutah had only just passed by.
Not his sister, but a cub all the same. He jumped back down and romped over to her, nearing her just as she righted herself.
"Mmm...are you alright?" He asked, looking the female over. She seemed unhurt, and he offered a polite little smile.

Talutah was watching the butterfly flutter off into the clear blue sky when she heard someone approaching. Looking over her shoulder nonchalantly she saw another cub approach her.
"Oh yes, I'm alright," she smiled at him. "Thank you for asking. My name is Talutah. What's your name?" she asked curiously. It was nice being able to meet another cub that wasn't part of her large family.

Fyja nodded. "Uidan Fyja. Nice to meet you." It seemed he'd been stumbling over new friends left and right...was there a population boom going on? Probably. Everywhere there were cubs, it seemed.
He glanced up and the butterfly curved in its flight and stooped to land on his ear. He froze, trying to see it, but having trouble with it being so awkwardly placed on his head.

"Nice to meet you too..." her words trailed off as she spotted the butterfly again. And too her surprised landed right on Fyja's ear. She almost started to laugh but held it tight and twitched wanted to bat at it so much, but was worried that either Fyja wouldn't think so kindly of her knocking it right off or that she might catch him in an attempt to get the butterfly thus showing that she was rather rude when it came to meeting new lions. "Eh...." she dared to breath out.

Fyja remained still as the butterfly crept up his ear and onto his mane tuft. From there it wandered to his other ear, paused, and finally fluttered away. He offered Talu a small smile, knowing how she'd wanted to go for it.
"Next time feel free to swipe at it. I won't get hurt." He reassured. No sense in him ruining her fun. He was older, tougher, right?

Talutah watched the butterfly flitter off and she looked back at him. She let a small smile appear. "I'll try and remember that next time. So where are you from? Do you belong to a pride? I don't...my parents wander about."

Fyja shook his head. No pride. "We don't wander though." His parents were, frankly, old. They'd settled down inside the Pridelands, he knew, but they hadn't joined the pride official. It seemed as though the Pridelanders were fine with this somehow, and he'd made plenty of friends his own age there. One day they might join...he hoped.

Talutah nodded her head. "Mine aren't joined to a pride. It's just them and us. Meaning my 5 brothers and sisters. But I know I'd like to join a pride when I'm older. I think it would be a nice experience." She drew in the dirt with a claw.

Fyja smiled. It sounded like their families were really a lot alike. A nod. Prides were good...he knew his family could use the support of one. But would they take it? Likely not. "I have a twin," He volunteered suddenly. "And four other siblings too."

Talutah's ears perked up. "A twin eh? That's cool. Your family is about the same size as mine." She smiled. "I don't know if I have a twin....one of my sisters and I look pretty similar except where I'm white she's yellow." She sat down upon the ground. "So tell me about your family and twin."

Fyja sat and tilted his head, thinking a moment. "My twin is a girl, Ghechefuraha. Two of my siblings are also twins. They have green, not gold." He lifted a paw, displaying the color. "My family...is good. They live over there." He motioned towards the distant Pridelands. "But they're not in the pride."
