Approved Medals:
THE BARTON EXEMPLARY SERVICE MEDALTO BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE
-Been active for a minimum of twelve (12) months
-Posted a minimum of 1500 posts*
-Donated at least 500 gold towards the guild**
-Participated in all or most events.
*Posts may not be spam posts or those flagged as inappropriate in any which way. Posts in guild related thread, but found outside the guild (I.E., event forum posts) are not counted.
**500 gold must be a donation, and any entry fees do not count. Donating to other guild members, especially officers or persons of power does not count.~~~~~
STAR OF BARTONTO BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE:
-Been active for 12 months
-Posted at least 2000 times*
-Been active in all major events since their enlistment
-A minimum 1000 donation**
-Been respectful and friendly to others in the guild
-Showed understanding of the Chain of Command
-Contributed to many Guild projects
-Helped direct others, newer recruits on what to do and whatnot

Medal of Valorous DeterminationTO BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE:
-Been nominated for by at least 2 trusted or original Barton Army members who support that the candidate in question have indeed been very active during the event in question
-At least 2 month's full activity after end of event
-No infractions during time of service
-Been deemed a helpful, cooperative contributor to the Army's efforts during the event in question

Medal of CharityTO BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE:
-Donated 5k+ to the Barton Army's mule**
-Sufficient or exemplary conduct within the guild
-Been active for at least 1 month since recruitment
Distinguished Derailment CrossTO BE AWARDED TO MEMBERS WHO HAVE:
-Been vouched for by at least 2 senior (original) Army members and/or 4 other members of the Barton Army as having performed an act classified as derailment***
-No conduct infractions
-Been active for at least 1 month since enlistment
-At least 500+ posts in their enlistment

*2000 posts must be relevant and appropriate, and have been made inside the premises of the guild. Any guild recruitment threads or public threads, or any other guilds or threads who may or may not be affiliated to the Barton Army do not count if they have been posted within.
**All form of gold donations must be made either directly into the guild account, or towards the guild mule and must be recorded by another officer or the mule. Gold that was used to buy tickets for Barton Army Lottery or participate in any other contest is not counted. Any gold donations to anyone other than guild account or guild mule are not counted. And item donations are not accepted as their gold market value.
***Thread derailment is the veering off course of a topic by making a legitimate, relevant post but including extra information that thereby diverts attention from the thread's purpose onto a different subject, therefore 'derailing' it. Derailment is different from spam as spam contains no relevant or useful information or is annoyingly repetitive and made by one person over and over again without having the purpose of allowing actual discussion.
