HIVE Rules
1. System accounts are god and will be obeyed in both IC and OOC manners. This includes all mule accounts with "System" or "NPC" in it's name, ie: Hive System, Old Man NPC, ect.... Mules will have the shop banner in the signature.
2. All roleplay must follow a reasonable attempt at correct grammer and spelling. Contrary to what people may believe "L33t" is not a correct form of English.
3. Please post "Death to HIVE" at the end of your application to indicate that all rules have been read and understood.
4. Death is occasionally a fact of life. I shall attempt not to kill a character without the players prior knowledge but sometimes events come up that are unforeseen. The characters are not immortal and may occasionally face this price. If so, you will have the option of creating a new character from the beginning, or last rank attained (with the exception of Council). Players at Council status may return as an Agent and attempt to regain Council status.
5. All sales are final. This is rp-required, if you lose your character because you didn't follow the RP requirements for activity or decide that you don't want your character anymore for whatever reason, there will not be a refund.
6. No payment plans. Payment is required within 24 hours of you winning. If you will be unable to be online at the closing of the flatsale/contest/whatever, send a PM to the mule.
7. There is no limit on how many characters you may have, but you must adhere to the activity rule for each.
8. No co-owning. Period. One character, one player. Even if they do have MPD/DID.
9. If you're going on hiatus, please post it in the thread in the guild so that we will know and so it can't count against you for activity. However, if we see that you constantly post that you're on hiatus, but continue to post a lot with your character, we will assume that you are not on hiatus and you will be subjected to the activity requirements as discussed under RP rules.
10. I hold the right to change these rules as needed.

1. No Godmoding, powermoding, so on and so forth.
2. The pace of your RP is up to you. You can take however long you want to grow from one stage to the next. However, three months without activity of journaled characters or higher will receive a PM. If there is no roleplay within a month any character with a journal shall be removed from play. Activity will be determined by journal posts (links to other threads with activity do count).
3. Please name your characters while keeping the story and setting in mind. I would prefer not to have a population of 90% Norwegian running around in Memphis, Tennessee.
4. DO NOT POST IN WHISPER STYLE! This is reserved for shop/meta/HIVE announcements. This way people know it is official.
5. Please be sure to post that you are on hiatus in the thread in the guild!
