Love it? Hate it? Can't live without it? Favorite/least favorite rappers? Catchy tunes? Elaborate!
I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but I LOVE rap. Soulja Boy, Lil Jon, Chris Brown [certain songs, not everything], Flo Rida, and Chamillionaire are my favorites. I guess I got into it mostly because I hear it all the time at the rink and started developing a taste for it. Plus, it makes me happy and it's great to dance to.
You can do it all by yoself lemme see ya do it.;]

I love REAL rap. None of this shake yo a** s**t that is a disgrace to all music lovers of any kind. I like the rap that actually tells somewhat of a story, or has some kind of a point. I guess listening to guys admire hot women dancing wishing they could get some of that too doesn't appeal to me. But more than anything, I prefer the rock/rap genre. Stuff like: Early Linkin Park Flobots Etc.
But there is some mainstream songs I like too. PAPER PLANES is an absolutely amazing song but its a b***h to get stuck in your head.

I used to hate Linkin Park, but I'm starting to like him now [again]. In my opinion MSI has the best mix of rap/rock possible, but I'm biased, so don't take my word for it. =]

Oh yea! How could I forget MSI?! sweatdrop Only Linkin Park's older stuff is good. This new CD Minutes To Midnight sux. Really. But I reccomend any one of Mike Shinoda's side projects. He's very talented. Chester Bennington on the other hand, is just sad.

I like rap/rock. Most rap is okay... as long as it's not constantly talking about women and all that jazz.
I really like Sean Paul even though I can't understand what he's saying 90% of the time.

Rap and hip-hop is awsome in its own ways razz just like pop, rock, country, and metal have there own niches in society. I happen to love a lot of it cool but then again I listen to everything (literally everything)

No, actually, I don't think so. =/ It's thriving in both urban and suburban areas, at least around my area.
