Ama: *blushes* Uh hi Asriel. *smiles nervously*

Asriel :: Mm. *turns away from her, licking his fur* I've never introduced myself properly, have I? *doesn't take a look at her, but speaking more than usual, at least* How do you know my name, again? Sorry, I have extremely poor memory....
*catches this bird as well, and places it down for Ama* Who the hell is throwing all these birds?! *a little irritated*

Ama: I remember over hearing you say you're name to someone once.......*sniffs at the bird* Who knows where things like this come from? Things like this just randomly happen for no good reason. *Starts to eat the bird* If you want you can have some. *noses the bird toward Asriel*

Asriel :: It's alright. I just came out of a swim, if you've noticed. I don't eat before or after a swim down that stream. *nods at the extremely cold river* I'm okay, really. *this time sits down, and takes a good look at her before promptly licking his back*

Ama: Alright if you're sure. *continues to eat and finishes* you're right birds are quite tasty. Did you have a nice swim? *sits and watches him lick his back*

Asriel :: Yeah. *loves the ice cold waters of the stream* I only catch them because they're the easiest prey, other then lemmings or rats around the North. Lasts quite a while as well.

Ama: Ah you live in the north? I live in the east.

Asriel :: You know, it's kind of obvious you are... I heard only the many of the best live in the East.

Ama: *blushes* you think I'm one of the best?

Asriel :: Of course. Never have I seen one with a sharp horn that's quite useful for battle, yet shows valor is one's spirit. Like the legends say.
And no one I've ever met has such pure silvery fur like yourself. *licks his leg, unaware of her blush*

Ama: Battle? I'm not one for fighting but I guess you're right. My fur can be a pain at times I can't eat anything without staining my fur. *looks at her bloodied fur*

Asriel lightly pulls her closer to him. "Then go swimming with me right now. I can use some company." *turns away, then stretches a bit*

Ama: Ok I figured since you just went swimming that you wouldn't want to go swimming again. *stands up*

Asriel shook his head and jumped in. "Actually, I just took a short break. I hope you don't mind the cold." He was qute acustomed to it, and motioned for her to follow after him as he stands upright, water up to his shoulders. "It's pretty shallow, so if you get cold, it'll be alright."

Ama: *Carefully walks into the water and shivers slightly* You're right it is cold. *swims around getting used to the temperature.*

Asriel was worried, and treaded over to her. "You sure? I don't want you fallen sick." He frowned. Hmm, he sure did talk a lot today. More than at least 20 words. s**t. He broke his own conservative rule.... he hated wasting the air he was given. Maybe thoughts should be left alone... maybe it's because of this ... helix. He didn't know her name, and it was a shame. Not very... PROPER. "What's your name, anyway?"

Ama: I'm sure I won't get sick. Well my name is kinda long so please just call me Ama. *smiles at him*

"It's not very proper for a 'gentleman' like myself to not have your full name, Ama." He slightly smiled, and treaded upstream. "..." He padded slowly against the waters, and flickered his tail, as in to follow him.

Ama: *follows Asriel* If you really want to get my full name you're going to have to earn it.

Asriel smirked. "Hmph. How selfish."

He just made himself busy to get to the destination. The water lowered as he hiked and treaded his way up, and finally, he had made his way up a small cliff-like waterfall, even if it was pretty short. "Here we are." The water lowered to their paws, and the view was quite beautiful, the moon bright and clearly glowing. Trees were few, but made their purpose as the water appeared to be another stream along the nearly flat land. "Treading up stream builds strength, internal and external." He blandly said. "I've hardly encountered anyone here. It's very empty, but peaceful." Apparently, Asriel had come here to this serene place daily since he was a youg kit. Back then, his chin barely was ontop of the water. But it took him forever to cling upstream then, and daily, that day onwards....? "That worth it yet?" [Insert a Death Angel's smirk here. 8D]

Asriel repeated the name, with a bit of thoughtfulness, water quite still at his legs. "Lady.... Amalthya. Greek for 'To soften', also the name of the great one that nursed the infant God, Zeus." Asriel smiled softly, meaning that only the edges of his mouth moved. "It's a rather beautiful name. I don't see why you should try to hide it." He smirked, and walked out of the water, licking his paws again. "Wierd, though, the water upstream is actually more warm then the water before, hm?"

"That's unfortunate. But if you're free right now, then why don't you go ahead and fill yourself with your heart's content? No one's here to tell you what to do, right?" He sat down, wet, and nesting himself along the tall grass. "No one's here to laugh or critisize. And really, your name has a beautiful meaning, just like your grace."

Asriel continued to smirk. "A wise Helix once said, 'A mask may be neccessary, but one's true face is much more beautiful.'" He curled up in the grass, keeping himself dry, and paused. "If you're worried about getting dirty, there's plenty of water to bathe in."

He licked his leg, and let his head fall onto soft earth with wet grass.

"Am I supposed to call you something you're not then?" He licked his forleg, luminescent aqua eyes on the ground. How ungrateful. Rudeness can be tolerated for a bit, he spposed, but what could he say?

Asriel got up, treading to her, and faced her eye to eye, nose to nose, glaring at... HER. "Idiot. Beauty lies within. Doesn't matter if you have a horn. Doesn't matter if I look like somehting I eat. It doesn't matter at all." He turned away and collapsed on the tall grass once more, keeping himself quite warm.

"Be more confident in yourself. A lady has to not only have elegance and organization, but also pride and courage in her soul." Asriel recited. He rolled to his side away from her, and kept his eyes on the beautiful moon, lying down. "Mmmm. Like the moon... so bold and brilliant, yet such luminescent loveliness."
