City-sized palace in D'Hara, built in the form of a spell to enhance the power of Lord Rahl and nullify the power of any other wizard in the palace. Also the capital city of D'Hara.
Just outside at the base of the plateau is a Market Place of people all over D'Hara to sell food and other things, this is mainly for people whom can't make the climb or can't afford a shop.
