This is in alphebetical order.... sooo ya. And there are an extreme number of spoilers here... so watch out. This info was taken from Serpents Cross and Devil's Nest; the link can be found in the Guild Rules.
**I know there are some characters missing from here..... PM with a well thought out profile of a character with the info(name, age, biography, ect). Make sure it has a lot of info and spelling is a must!

Name: Alexander
Biography: Beloved dog of Nina Tucker. Alexander seems to like Ed a lot, and always ends up pouncing ontop of him when they chase eachother. However, Shou Tucker transmuted him and his daughter Nina to create a talking chimera in an experiment. Afterwards, it can be said that Scar kills the transmuted chimera.

Name: Alex Louis Armstrong
Military status: National Alchemist and Major
Biography: Major Armstrong was born into a family of alchemists and his style of alchemy (among many other things) is also passed down from the generations. Armstrong often takes off his shirt to show off his 'beautiful body' which is very muscular. Deep down this big guy is a softie, and it is due to this sentimetalism that he's never been promoted. Armstrong was part of the Ishbal war and today he has a sense of loyalty towards Roy.

Name: Alphonse Elric
Current age: 14
Year of birth: 1900
Biography: Though just as knowledgeable in alchemy as Edward, Alphonse has arguably less talent in the field (but still more than other people) but makes up for it by being better than his older brother in hand-to-hand combat. When he and his brother attempted human transmutation in order to revive their dead mother, Alphonse lost his life as part of the equivalent trade but in exchange for his right arm, Edward was able to bring his soul back and attach it to a nearby suit of armor. He was attached with an alchemical array of blood, so if this gets erased Alphonse ?dies?. The act of binding Alphonse to a suit of armor is a sign of how much he means to Edward because this is something that you can only do if you have a really strong will to do it. When Edward decided to become a National Alchemist, Alphonse wanted to share the burden but since he is now a hollow suit of armor he could not take the biological test. Edward would do anything for Alphonse and vice versa. Alphonse wants to restore his brother to his original body but obviously Alphonse is in greater need of that. Since he is a suit of armor he never gets tired or physically hurt; but at the same time he cannot feel the sun or rain on his skin or even cry. The two do still fight occasionally like normal siblings, but they will never leave the other.

Name: Barry the Chopper
Occupation: Butcher
Biography: Barry was once a butcher who killed his wife, and since then fell into the habit of slicing people up with his butcher knife. He simply loves cutting people up. After murdering countless people, he was eventually caught and jailed up. However, he was choosen to be in a project in the fifth laboratory and thus because a soul in a suit of armor like Alphonse is. He only listens to Riza?s command because he seems to have taken... a likeing to her. Barry is a great person, except for his sadistic tendancy of killing people. Ironically, is his obsession that makes him an adorable character. In the fifth laboratory, he is known as Number #66.

Name: Black Hayate
Biography: A stray puppy found by Kain Fuery that Riza took in. She named him Black Hayate which means "black hurricane" and he's very adorable! And since Riza is a strict mistress, Black Hayate will definetly grow up to be a good dog.

Name: Dante
Current age: 400+
Biography: Dante is a weird character to understand. She was once the lover of Hohenheim, and is the mother of Envy. She leads all of teh Homunculi and created Greed, Gluttony, and Pride(?). When you first see her, she appears to be an old lady who taught Izumi. As, the series moves along, she takes the body of Lyra(spelling?), who appeared in the episode where Ed and Al visit the mines controlled by the military. I currently dont know a single person who likes this b****. I myself hate her.

Name: Edward Elric
Current age: 15
Year of birth: 1899
Military status: National Alchemist
Biography: Edward and his brother grew up in a small town named Resembool, using his spare time to look through his father's books and learning bits of alchemy and chemistry and is later recognized as a genius in those fields. His mother died when he was ten years old which caused him to hate his father for never being there with his family. He and his younger brother Alphonse decided to revive their mother by means of alchemy, and left Resembool in search for someone to teach them everything about alchemy. Though Izumi-sensei forbids them to perform human transmutation, when they return from their studies they still attempt to revive their mother. However, something goes terribly wrong and Edward loses his left leg. He then cuts off his right arm in order to save Alphonse's soul. Afterwards, Edward chooses to take automail surgery so that he can have artificial limbs that will enable him to move around freely. Now eleven years old, Edward decides to become a National Alchemist for the military so that he can openly research the Philosopher?s Stone and create it; not to revive their mother but to restore the brothers' bodies. However, although being part of the military means he have access to information he otherwise would not have, it also means that he has to obey anything his superiors command him to do, especially in the event of a war.

Name: Envy
Current age: Late 300s
Year of birth: Early 1500s
Homunculi ability: Morphing
Biography: Envy is the first original homunculus. He is able to transform into any desired shape and body at will and although he dislikes it, can fight hand-to-hand combat well due to his incredible flexibility and speed (similarly to the way Edward fights hand-to-hand). Four hundred or so years ago Hohenheim Elric was in love with Dante and they had a son. Unfortunately the child died and Hohenheim attempted to revive him. This is how Envy was created; but after Hohenheim obtained the Philosopher?s Stone he and Dante drifted apart. Hohenheim never acknowledged Envy as his son in any way at all and Envy deeply resented him for this. He takes orders from Dante but she too sees him as little more than a servant or object. Ironically, he doesn?t really care what she thinks. Envy hates humans and upon discovering that Hohenheim had two sons with a different woman four hundred years later, Envy envied and hated the Elrics more than ever. Nothing would please him more than to see Edward and Alphonse in as much pain as possible, and to beat the crap out of Hohenheim. Yea, one super-sized father complex.
