oh man I know ya'll have had these experiances. Have you had dreams were you are falling and falling, have you woken up suddenly out of breath, gasping? Have you felt like your being held down? This is astral projection..out of body experiance. I get these quite often,I just pray to get back into my body fast and not get scared...but I get scared each time, knowing that its just me trying to get back in. But yeah I wanted to start this topic!really koolaid, much love

Hmmm. I don't dream at night, but during the day, I don't believe I actually leave my body, but I might get a vision of something happening somewhere else and it's usually scarily accuate.

I had a short astral projection where I was sleeping on my bed, and my body feel like it's behing pulled down, I got up shocked, as I don't know how that happen. I wish to experiance this once again if we all know better methods of how to effeciantly astral project.

I would love to remember where I go when I leave my body,The part that I cant stand is having a hard time getting back it,Im fighting to get back it ,onetime it actually hurt. There was a time when I was 6 to 7month pregnant when I astro project and I woke up gasping, scared me to death, but yeah have ya'll heard of a psychic named sylvia browne? she is awsome, but yeah she has tons of books,Ive meaning to get her book talking about astrol projection, cause shoot I have it quite often.well im off to get my youngest to take his morning nap xd

Ok, I know this sounds totally weird, but I get that all the time. More when I was younger though. Once, I dreamed I was walking along a glass balcony without railings. Below me I could see my bed (empty) on the floor of a great chamber, maybe somehwhere in a Cathedral. The glass shattered and I fell down, hitting my bed. An instant before impact I woke up, seeming to fall the last couple of inches in the real world. I swear I actually hit my bed in this world.
Another time I dreamed I was swordfighting a mouse, which was my size. We wove in an out of a forest of enormous books. I, being the klutz I am, was stabbed. I woke with a searing pain in my side.

interesting. I don't think I've even seen a moose before. But about the falling sensation, sometimes when I'm trying to fall asleep, I feel like my bed is on top of a really narrow skyscraper that is really swaying in the wind. But I love heights, so although I do feel the vertigo, it's an awesome sensation.

I get that all the time! I will be dreaming and all I can remember is falling and waking up! I remember once though it was rather odd, I fell through a glass window and I woke up in pain, my arm was bleeding! It was crazy!

I used to get that almost every night till about a year ago. oO
It's started up again, recently. But now I end up with weird scratches all over my arms, shoulders, and legs.
Can't say I really remember much of any of them...but when I do wake up I feel almost as tired as when I went to bed Dx
