The wind was at his back today. As the dark stallion galloped across the field, he could feel it pushing him along. Already he'd been running for what seemed like hours without tiring. Not that a little bit of exercise bothered him on normal days, but any day he could keep at his passion like this for so long was definitely an awesome one. Tossing his head, Nakawara pulled back to a good trot, kicking up his hooves and dancing around like a little foal. There was, without a doubt, nothing better than feeling that breeze against his fine fur.
A strong whip of the wind called him from the stupor of his playful dancing. Lifting his gaze to the sky, he watched a few clouds circling overhead. The fluffy, white wisps were surprisingly calming, even for one with an attention span as short as his. Although, recently, he'd found himself more interested in the stars of the night sky than the clouds of the day. Clopping slowly over to a nearby tree, he leaned his weight against the thick trunk, taking a moment or two to relax.
