Just to say ahead of time, I am only a lowly amateur manga artist, so my opinion doesn't count much for the big picture, but I'm gonna give my opinion all the same. biggrin
Well, for one thing, your drawing is kinda hard to see, but your picture might have just scanned funny.... looking at the picture as it is, your character's right (left?) cheek is a bit big and puffy. Erase it and make it a bit sharper and you're good, but if you want it that way, make the other side of her face a bit bigger too. The ear we can see is a little small... And her hair is a little flat on the left side. Gotta make sure you bring the volume of the hair and the shape of the skull into your calculations. Beyond these, your picture looks alright biggrin

yeah, the cheek took my attention off the other points of detail. its a good picture, you just gotta fix that cheek.
