How it works
-Lotteries will be going on all the time
-A week will be given for members to buy 'tickets'
-Each ticket is a set of 5 number of your choice from 1-200, and you can buy as many as you want within the time period.
-To make sure there are no changes in numbers, A.K.A. Cheating, the numbers will be recorded as said by the member to ensure this.
-A random number generator will be used to pick the 5 winning numbers of the week. You must hit all 5 to get the entire pot, or 4 winning numbers to get half of it. If you get 3, all of your tickets will be refunded. If no one wins the first time the lottery will simply continue until someone does win, meaning the pot will just get bigger.
Price
-Each 'ticket' will be 50 gold as of 2/1/09. Price subject to change in future
-So there is no such thing as a 'blowout' lotto, there is a 10-ticket rule in place, meaning the max number of tickets you can buy is 10. However, don't be sad as this is still 50 numbers! That's a fourth of the total possible numbers!
To buy a 'ticket'
-Send a trade to Barton Army Pride and title it with the numbers of your choosing. OR you can send it to Colonel Chang or just post it here.
Current prize
-40,000g

I am Chang Wang and I approve this contest.
I will be the Keeper of the lottery as well. I will personally record your lotto number picks here as well as display the winning number results in bright, big numbers at the end of each drawing. The first drawing starts Monday. Now, without further ado, let the lottery commence!

Here's an odd question, what do the numbers go to? One digit, two digit, below a certain number..? I want to enter, but I'm not sure of the details, lol.

Ah, I should add that. Basically, you can choose any number between 1 and 50.

It would appear that there is something wrong with the random number generator. At least, for me that is. I will see if Chang can get it to work so that we can have our winner selected.

Don't work for me either. In any case, after using another site's random number generator, here are this 11/3-11/10's winning numbers: 12, 45, and 17. This of course means that Doc gets her money back but the pot stays where it is and will be bigger for next week's lottery.
