Drop the Drain the Well and Creeping Mold and add Primal Command and Profane Command if you have them and side board the Creeping Molds and drop Drain the well totally and add in Fullmanator Mage for your land destruction. You might want to add Cloud Thresher in the side board as well to deal with 5 color control since most run Faires in them and then Condem as well for other decks running Rox Warmonk or Kitchen Finks. Makeshift Mannequin as well, it never hurts to have way to get creatures back in your board or main decked.
