((made it up wile making profile.)) Time Stop Magic-She uses this move to stop time like Pluto. it will only allow her or other sailor scouts to move some times. for the others most of time is freezes time around them. each time uses this move she breaks a taboo. since it a forbidden move she has blood. of the god of time & space Father Chronos only a half of his blood is in her body. Star Rainbow Death- A move that can kill 2 hole Galaxies at once if its full power is used at one time or at once. but she has to use the Star Rainbow Crystal to use this move but it can all so heal people as well with the crystal. she can use this move all the time if she makes sure. the power is low enough to kill monster's she picks what LV to use. on the monster with the same LV as what she pick for it.
Weapon (this is along the lines of a dagger or something similar; the use

Limited to 2):A key like staff that is a bit different form Pluto's. it has a star shape jewels on it and the top orb is star shape. the colors of the orbs or that of opals staff color white gold. Her Star Seed The Star Rainbow Crystal a star shape jewel that is rainbow colored. if it break she to will die with it but none has yet. to break it at all only to barely touch it. at the most part if it owners emotions get the best of her. it could cause Destruction on its own with her help only. She is the Sailor Scout of Star Nova planet. her name is Princess Nova she has fiery temper at times. yet can be super sweet when she wants to be. she lived in Star Nova's kingdom on stars rainbows planet. her kingdom was called the super nova kingdom. the girl only met Queen Angel Star and has been said that. it is unknown if she still a live today. on earth if the girl was living there she would look for Princess Star Lady. it is also said she and the other 3 scout's Situla,Tania Austrails,Capella. mighty show up out of the blue someday. till that day comes no know were they or at as of now. Nova is first in command out of the 4 scouts she is there leader. Nova's Weapon was a hand made star bow with arrows. the scout had magical pet that was a small star she called. her pet star Sliver Cloud Dust do to it was her helpful little thing.
She is the Sailor Scout of the planet Situla her name is Princess Mao. she was know for being a really good fighter in battle. this scout had a special weapon hidden away most of the time. she would only take out this special weapon out. to get rid of her enemy's are any demons that plagued the land. her special weapon was a sword that was super thin. it look like a type of sword that would be made in earth japan's early Meiji period. a reverse-blade sword the girl can handle it beyond mean's of a normal. person or anyone that has used this type of sword before. Mao is shy,polite,fun, bit strong headed for her own good. she is the 2 in command if Star Nova is not around. Mao is know for her fighting skill for helping her team mates. out when training each day she makes the plane for it. her planets kingdom name was Situla of tranquility. of the Rainbow,Star's planet her kingdom she had was called Situla of Battle and peace. do to the fact she was the one how kept all outsider's away. form there Queen Angel Star when the wars would break out. the scout tired to keep her Queen happy with talking about peace. 
She is the Sailor Scout of Tania Australis planet her name was Princess Tilly. the kingdom was called Tania Australis of Light her planet help keep starlight. at night when it got to dark out at times to see. the girl loved to day dream when she could besides helping out. with keeping happiness around her home planet other then. going to see her Queen each day to be her helper. for the day her kingdom on the Rainbow Stars planet. was called Tania Australis of Loving Light Star Shine. she was soft spoken person most of the time she kept quite. she only spoke when need to or when she though. it was okay to speak about something her personality was different. form her other 3 scouts most people would say she was so quite. that it would be so easy for her to sneak up on others without meaning to. her personality was quite,soft, day dreamer,strong minded, a quick thinker. when ever this scout would speak normally soft voiced would be. a really happy person yet would not get mad if someone. would tell her that she could be wrong but this scout. was never wrong that often about things it was like. she had some type of hidden power inside of her before Knight Hayate. had gotten killed in battle she tolled her Queen. about how she would give birth to baby girl on the 19 day. of the first earth month she said to her Queen that she should. tell him about this child that would be the true. sailor scout of her planet of Rainbow and Star's but she a long. with the other 3 Sailor Scout would not be around when there Queen would die. Tilly did not say how are even why they would be by. the Queen's side at for the Rainbow Star's planet finely battle. that would be when Sailor Star Rainbow would still be new Sailor Scout. just starting her own training as the 2 sailor scout of time. Tilly's weapon is a long whip with sharp edge's on the end of it. her whip could slice any monster's in half after making sure. the monster's wounds would be deep enough. for her to cut them in half quickly so the monster are monster could. not heal up right away so she could finish it off. this sailor scout was 3 in command if the first 2 went home for wile. 
She is the Sailor Scout of Capella planet her name is Uta. The kingdom was called Capella of Flower's Unity her planet was know as Flower's Unity. cause of harmony it h hard times would pass by. Uta's mom loved flower's so she planted ton's of flowers althere kingdom. on the Rainbow and Star's planet her kingdom's name was. Song's of Life and Hope Uta's name mean's song in the Japaneses Language. so they used the meaning of her name for part of her kingdoms name. this scout had love of music as well flowers so she gave. her Queen a gift to her unborn child a love for music. of the child's choosing when she would be able to speak for her self. the personality this Sailor Scout had was a peaceful one. the girl was kind hearted,peaceful,soft, genital,musical. Uta would use flower's as her weapon since. she had rare power to make any kind of flower. come to her side at any time form all over the galaxy's. she also make rare flowers with her power yet she would make things. out of them even if she had a fan as her other weapon. the fan was used to kill monsters as well be of use to make. the flowers she would summon to use for more then one move. sometimes she could 3 moves at one time. each move is different with different flowers. no matter how many times she uses a flower of any type. Uta was know as a flower child that loved flowers and any type of music. she is the last Sailor Scout out of the other 3 which would make her the 4th one. it is said that she could have tired go to earth before the big battle. but information on that is still unclear it could have been fake.
