 Vartan was taking advantage of his growth spurt and was out on a walk. He decided to leave his parents' territory and explore the surrounding area. He was curious as to what else was out there. He looked around feeling disappointed. "Nothing is different. It's just like at home." He sighed.

Aura was not paying attention to anything out of her little world. She was running around giggling and having fun out of nothing scooping up snow on her muzzle and throwing it a bit. This thrilled her that it move away from for.

Vartan stopped in surprise when a little snowball went flying past him. Wow that went quite a ways. He looked around trying to see who threw it. He then spotted a black wolf giggling a little ways from him. He walked over to her and wagged his tail. "Hello there."

Aura giggled until she knew there was someone else. She flipped over and giggled for a second until she said " Hello~" She chimed. She wagged her tail a bit as the male did but not as much. She was bouncing a bit were she was but not very noticable.

Vartan tilted his head at the female. She seemed to be really happy about something. "I'm Vartan. Who are you? Do you live around here?" He asked wondering about this new person.

Aura shook the snow of her pelt before she answered. " Well of course I am from her silly! " She said then answered the first question " My name is Aura what is yours?" She said looking at the rose on his thigh.

Vartan sighed. "Well I wasn't sure if you were just a visitor here. You can never tell unless you ask." He said, "My name is Vartan." He noticed her looking at the rose marking on his thigh. "Do you like roses or something?"

Aura nodded thoughtfully. " Thats why I sometimes like to go more down south cus of the flowers... I rarely see roses!" She chimed. She kept looking at the mark and tilted her head anxiously.

Vartan nodded. "Yes it is rare to see a rose here." He said tilting his head, "Is something the matter? You're looking at me kinda strangely...." He was wondering why she was staring at his rose marking so much.

Aura finally blinked and looked up at him " Sorry I'm fine~" She mused cocking her head to the side. " But what are you doing out you reak of different wolves..." She asked giving a slight smirk at herself.

Vartan shook his head. "It's okay I guess." He said flicking his tail to the side, "I reek of different wolves? Must be my family you smell. I live with my parents and brothers and sister. Plus a Beta that's staying with us for now. As for what I'm doing out.... I'm exploring. I wanted to check out places besides my parents territory."

" Then you've come to the right place!" She said acting like he had come to her for advice. " I have explored most of the northern territory and the southern!" She mused proudly.

Vartan wagged his tail. "Really?! That's so cool! I hope to explore all of the northern territory one day." He said smiling, "So what are you doing here? Why aren't you exploring somewhere else?"
