Midnattsol- goth/folk metal band- the same members who are in Ahab are in Midnattsol- just released a freaking album.
For three years I have waited for this. I was convinced that they wouldn't put out anything ever again. And they did.

3 years is actually about average for many bands these days. it's not like in the 60s where bands were forced to release two albums a year. many bands spend a lot of time touring these days, instead

I feel it's more like every two years, but that could be partly due to major label pressure.

They usually start pumping them out yearly, then every two years or more, and I think its because touring, and not being able to churn out material as fast as well. You gotta consider that they can't work like machines, and once they've done so much it gets harder to put together new material.

some bands still manage to release albums every year, but they're in the minority. and many of the ones that do kinda sound stale *cough cough* black label society *cough cough*

Well if MP3 fiesta had it, I'd buy it, then give you the account information so you could download it. But MP3 does not.

My Hollow Well if MP3 fiesta had it, I'd buy it, then give you the account information so you could download it. But MP3 does not. Then send me a copy though the mail!..... ninja
