Sorry for the lateness, work and school got a bit piled up. ^^;
INCREDIBLE SHRINKING SERLING
The episode starts with our boys doing their usual thing in the lair -- Leo doing katas, Mikey skateboarding around, you know. Enter Serling, who's incredibly cheery for some reason. And what's this? He's brought gifts! biggrin Gifts that conveniently enough get (most of) the boys out of the lair for a while. And while they're gone, he plans to jump back to 2105 with -- tra la la! -- his own time window!
Theme song!
Serling goes on for a while about how he had to steal parts to build the window, but then activates it... and shrinks down to 5" tall. ("I must have altered space instead of time!") But then the window starts working again, and throws him into Dinosaur Time. After a few encounters with the local wildlife, a time portal opens again and he flies through into Horse And Buggy Time. A blonde boy playing with his wind-up toys sees Serling, who ends up blasting one of them before getting thrown through time again. Cue the "wow." Serling reappears in the sewers, right in front of the Preteen Turtles!
The tots start playing keepaway, each of them clamoring for ownership of the "cool toy," when Splinter interrupts with a warning about material possessions and confiscates Serling. That doesn't work for long though, as the tots sneak out of bed and start fighting over him again. Serling gets thrown out onto the street, and tries to escape, but is hit by a car. An elderly man gets out and recognizes Serling, taking the 'bot with him. The tots aren't going to stand for that though, so they hop onto the car's bumper and follow him to his secret lair... er, toy store.
In the back room, Serling's been paralyzed by the car, so he can't run away as Wendell (i.e. the old guy) starts calling him "my cherished" and explaining how Serling shooting his nutcracker as a kid (oh man!) inspired him to make toys. However, he's still wondering what makes Serling tick, and plans to disassemble him to find out!
Back upstairs, Mikey's going shopping. Although he's supposed to be looking for the "toybot." He sees a neato rocket, and it turns out to be one of those lift-the-item-and-a-door-opens things. He falls down the stairs that suddenly appear (with his brothers following after) and sees Wendell about to saw Serling open. Raph decides that's not cool and dives to the rescue... which unfortunately means 100% Stealth Break. Wendell has no clue what the tots are, but they're trying to take his toy and that's NOT COOL dude. So he sicks what look like Serling "betas" on the tots. The tots decide to run, but the toybots quickly get them on the defensive. Serling regains control of his motor functions and is about to make a break for it, when he has a change of heart and decides to help the kids. He's still afraid of "breaking cover" though, so he uses some of the toys in the store to fight. The tots don't know how the toybots are being defeated, but it doesn't matter because Wendell is back upstairs with a HUGE (read: human-sized) Serling/Predator lovechild.
The lovechild attacks! And it's actually got some pretty serious firepower. The tots look doomed, but then Master Splinter steps into the fight. He holds it off pretty well at first, but Serling decides to help out and takes out the batteries. Wendell is ever so depressed. Splinter scolds the tots pretty well for making their existence known to the surface. Don finds Serling again, and decides that he doesn't want the toybot anymore. His brothers agree, so he walks over to the pouting Wendell and gives it to him. Wendell is rather moved by this gesture, so he decides that "if [Don] can let it go, I can let it go." They all start commenting on how Serling's actually rather an ugly toy, which prompts him to respond. The tots and Wendell then go to Mount Doom and cast him into the fire -- er, that is they throw Serling in a trash can. They all walk out, Wendell promising to keep their secret, and suddenly Serling is pulled back to Present Time.
The boys have returned from their respective activities, and pulled Serling back to the present, who quickly returns to normal size. He tells them where he's been, and the boys remember. Eventually Serling snaps and cries about how terrible it is living in the sewers. The boys apparently are not immune either, they just have "coping methods." Raph offers to help Serling out...
... by taking him on one of their rooftop runs. It's hard to tell whether Serling hates it or is actually enjoying himself at first, but he decides it's the best thing ever (although tiring).
To Be Continued...

Awwww the tots squeaked! <3 I swear Sinterniklaas [Leo] does the best baby voice. And I think it's sweet that they took Serling on a run with them.
