This spells trouble for the guild (considering I'm the only one {Crew wise, I mean} who knows what's going on....).

So, while Margem tries not to go crazy with stress, here's what ya'll can do (without me):





Crew
- Invite more members.
- Check to see if people are 'tensing' correctly (aka, in third person versus first).
- Run contests.
- Start/Join RP threads.
- Start Art threads.
- Check the 'request' area of the Mod Panel.
- Ask yourself and/or the guild how we can better the guild.
- Post threads in the Voting area about how to improve the guild (to be voted on later).
- Propose a way to improve the rules (in Margem's office).
- Make quizzes in the main forum.
- Discuss random stuff in the main forum - can be anything from dating to taxes, to politics to....movies. (Keep these G rated, please!!!)
- Join the "Alacrity zOMG!" clan, though Margem's not too pleased with it... >.>



Non-Crew
- Suggest the guild to other members.
- Find a good online dictionary to have handy whenever you roleplay.
- Come up with a character(s) that you can use in your roleplaying threads.
- Tektek your character(s) so that we know what your character looks like [save in your PMs - PM yourself with the avatar so you can put it up later].
- Run contests.
- Start/Join RP threads.
- Start Art threads.
- Ask yourself (and others) what you can do for the guild while we work on what the guild can do for you.
- Make quizzes in the main forum.
- Discuss random stuff in the main forum - can be anything from dating to taxes, to politics to....movies. (Keep these G rated, please!!!)
- Propose a way to improve the rules (in Margem's office).
- Make banners for the guild (to have in sigs or in profiles or at the top of the guild page).
- Join the "Alacrity zOMG!" clan!



....That's all that I can think of right now.

Margem will not be around Alacrity until late November (like the 26th or something like that) though she will be online to check her Daily Chance, PMs, and Aquarium. The reason? Margem has 1.5 weeks to get a 25 page paper done (and is sitting, currently, at 3 pages). In other words, Gaia will have to be cut for a while (time-wise). If you want to contact Margem, just send a PM (seriously) because she's not going to be doing any guild work at all until late November/early December.
