As I'm sure you all know, the zOMG Gaia MMORPG will be opening soon. I'd love to Crew up with my fellow MAGErs in game, to give us the oppurtunity to talk and socialise.

Also, whilst before I was prevented from saying before hand, being kept under an NDA, I have been a beta tester for zOMG. However, with the release of the open beta stages, I have been given freedom from the NDA and permission to discuss the game with other Gaia Users.

I realise a lot of us (Me included) may not be in the actual open beta from the very beginning, due to the phased release to the general site. However, I will be here to answer any questions or queries you have regarding the game, or just discuss it in general. I won't pretend I know everything, but I can answer most simple questions.

For those of you who wish to discover the game by yourself: I wish you luck. To those who wish to play with me and other guild members: I look forward to it.

And to everyone: I hope you enjoy the game, whilst open beta, we've had it pretty stable these past few tests. I look forward to seeing you in game.

Hi Kronic! Welcome back: WAVING. I would be interested in being in the MAGE group but I have to wait to play because I am one of the newer gaians, if I understand correctly. So when I can I will join.

Chocoleigh, in regards to your question, I'll first need to clarify a couple of points to avoid confusion. smile

Within zOMG, there are three primary levels of organization one can be in. From bottom to top we have:

Personal: Lowest organizational level. All people are involved in this, pretty self explanatory.

Crew: Middle organizational level, standard operational level. The equivalent of a "Party" in standard fantasy MMORPG's, can be broken or formed at will, I'm not aware of any limit on capacity, but even if there is one, I doubt we could get enough of us online at once to reach it. I tend to find this is the best level to work at, although I admit I spent most of my time testing playing solo. :/

Clan: The equivalent of a "Guild" in standard Fantasy games. Within the context of zOMG, this is the highest level of organization available. Essentially this does the same as a standard Gaia guild, so I'm unsure whether it's worthwhile for us to form one. We don't really need another forum, do we? razz

Hope this clears up your question Chocoleigh, I was essentially thinking of having a zOMG thread in the MAGE forum where people could post when they're going to play, and any other users online could post a message on where to meet up. smile When they do, you just add them to the Crew and play on. xd
