It's your typical day - battling three other races, trying not to die, running for your life at last minute so NOT to die, and trying to understand the meaning of the number 42. Anyways, something appears in front of you without you knowing what the heck it is. The fog around this thing (or place) is too dense to see through it. Upon walking closer to this thing/place, you find out that it is a place. A pyramid? On Gaian ground? In this era?
Next to the entry way is a sign that says, "Random Poll Guild Party! All Welcome!". You peer into pathway that leads into the pyramid and figure that it's not as bad as it may seem (to your mind at least).
Walking into the pyramid, you notice that the entryway is a bit damp and that there are a few torches here and there for lighting. A light appears at the end of the tunnel. From this lighted area, you hear people standing around, laughing and chatting.
After entering the room, you find many different races milling together - during a four-race battle, even! Wow. At one table, there's pop and punch, even blood for vampiric guests ("yuck!" say the other races), to drink. Another table has a conglomerate of snacks/goodies: candy, popcorn, pizza, cookies, chocolate bars, and more! The candy seems to have been taken from younger Gaians (probably humans that didn't want to stand up to their candy-snatchers), but that's not what catches your eye at this table. At the end of the table, a bit aways, is a bowl of guts. That's right - guts. Not your ordinary human trick of colored spaghetti to make it look like guts; they are ACTUALLY guts (for those loving zombie guests).
The colors of the room are simply red and black, with torchlight to add a 'spooky' feeling. With Dark Elves, Vampires, Humans and Zombies (not to mention the other races that are not involving themselves in a pathetic battle of the races), the feeling of spookiness is complete.
-Welcome.-

Hydra walks in.
"Wow. Look at this. We've got a good job, I'd say."

Margem walks into the pyramid and finds Star dazzled by the party. She smiles before walking over to her guild Captain. "We did pretty good, eh Star?" she says, putting an arm around Star's shoulders, "Though not many people are here from the guild right now...."

"You guys did an amazing job. I'm very impressed," Star says. "I'm sure that other guild members will show up soon."

"I kinda hope so," says Margem as she meanders over to the table, "Mmmmm.... Pizza!"
She fills up a plate then sits down in a chair by the edge of the room.

"Pizza! Yay!" Hydra says. She grabs a slice as well as some chicken, doughnuts, cookies, ice cream, fries, and a cheese burger. She sits next to Margem.

The redhead smiles and says, "Well, what could be better than a party with free food (provided by the Gaia Mods, sorta....) and being with friends?"
After a few bites, she says, "Well, I hope this stupid battle is over soon. I have all the items and I'm pleased with them. I was able to battle through all four races, but one of my accounts is a Dark Elf as the other one is a Zombie. Fun but...lame. I was kinda hoping they'd bring something else to Gaia like Werewolves or Ghosts or Space Invaders! This was a lame event, though the items weren't that bad.... I just hope my one account can stay a Dark Elf."
She smiles ( whee ) and continues eating.

"Free food is the best sort," Hydra says, eating. "The battle is kinda stupid, but I found it really fun. I just finished with the last of my mules. I'm a zombie right now, but you can't really tell."

"Nice!"
She munches on the pizza in front of her, thinking about multiple things.
Finally she states, "I think that we should explore this pyramid! I rented it for our party but it's not just a single room."
Setting her plate down, she turns to Star, "What do you think? Should we go exploring like our characters Margem and Lael would in some of our role-playing threads?"

"Sounds fun," Hydra says, putting down her empty plate. "Where to start? Do you just wanna pick a random door?"

Margem gets up from her chair, throwing away the plate, and says (finally), "Sure. Why not? The guests have left from the party already so..."
She looks around the room to see that there are two hallways connecting to the room - one to the wall on the right of the main entryway (back to the outside) and one opposite of it.
"Right or left? Right? Or left? Derecha? O izquierda?"

"Left," Hydra says. "For no particular reason." She opens the door to find a long hallway stretching off into the distance with doors on either side. "Geeze. This pyramid is bigger then it looks!" she says.

Margem sneaks up behind Star and, looking down the hall, says, "Wow... You're right. It's huge!"
She pokes Star. "Let's go! You chose the door."

"Yup!" Hydra skips down the hall three or four doors and then enters one on her left. Inside is a music room, complete with a piano, base, guitar, trombone, and other instruments. "If only I could actually play something..."

The redhead strolls after Star, glad that there are torches on the walls of the rooms (and the hallway) so that she doesn't.... [Margem trips and falls down.] trip and fall. "Clutz," she mutters, getting back up. She notices, brushing herself off, that she is back in her normal clothes. The girl sighs before standing up stiffly, "So much for being nice looking. At least I got to keep the hair because that's not quite my normal hair color..." She shuffles into the room that Star had gone into, wondering if it was just her own looks that changed or if Star's had also changed.
