The Dawn started and a solitary pair stood on the fringes of the trees that lined the outside of their home. Having slept the night this time, Nik was going to see if wandering during the daylight hours would be interesting, they certainly couldn't be as boring as he thought... For one thing, the light hurt his eyes, shying back into the shadows he glared onto his brother whom had talked him into doing this. Kris could only watch his brother as he stood out in the glaring light, like some hero.
"What are you smiling at?" Nik hissed at his brother.
"Nothing, just that you can't hack the light. Come on, it's not 'that' bad." Kris looking around again, taking a breath of the warming air.
"I would rather be SLEEPING right now." Nik shouted at Kris as he snorted at his brother's lightheartedness.
Kristopher didn't say anything as he merely smiled at his groaning brother whom was edging back to the light again. Clamping his eyes tightly closed, he soon joined his brother out in the warmth of the sun. Slowly squinting thought the haze his vision cleared as he was standing at his brother's side. How long had it been since he had stepped out into the straight sun? Too long, he had forgotten, perhaps that was the only good thing about being a night person.
"Alright, you dragged me out here, now where." He still hissed at his brother in frustration and somewhat tired.
"Now we explore the same lands as we roam in the night." Kris nodded as he started walking away from his brother, looking not stay in one place too long.
Begrudgingly Nikolas followed his brother, though he wished dearly to just return to the darkness, but most the places the roamed were filled with trees so... Perhaps all this wouldn't be too bad after all...

Lovelee blinked as rays of sun pried her eyes open with it's intensity. That would teach her to sleep on the edge of the forest facing east. She grumbled and shook the sleep from her pelt, lifting her hooves in a little morning wake up dance. Her body was numb from sleeping a full night, as she would normally roam the night, but after meeting new soquili, she thought it best to keep on their time. She would not have any others think of her as odd. As the sun rose into the sky she followed a little trail along the edge of the woods, pacing her self so she could still see the beautiful changing colors of autumn and possibly another acquaintance. That's when she saw the pair, black and white. A pair. How odd, she though, the two together. Like it was meant to be. She thought it odd how opposites attract, and she slowed down to see if they would notice her.

The brothers kept walking, rather, Kristopher felt like he was leading Nikolas around in the day lite world. Such a bother, to have a brother whom could face down just about anything, but the sunlight, shaking his head the black stallion looked back at the white one who was looking more to the ground then around. Nikolas stopped and this time looked around, Kristopher stopped when he didn't hear his brother behind him. Looking back, he noticed that his brother was looking off into the distance. Something had caught his attention. Gazing around with his own black eyes, Kristopher came to look at a strange mare that stood off in the distance.
"What do you think brother?" Kris asked looking at Nik.
Nik snorted at his brother before turning and heading another direction, it seemed that he was looking to circle around the mare. Rolling his eyes, Kris went his own way and the pair started to look like a couple of hunting wolves, though Kris stopped when he was close enough to the mare, Nik continued until he was around to her back.
"Well what do we have here?" he asked playfully to his brother while looking at the mare, not yet noticing that the mare could have been a half breed of his own 'kind'.
"Oh boy, here we go again." Kris muttered before looking at his brother. "Looks like a mare whom might kick your teeth in." He teased his brother ignoring everything else for the moment.
"Ha, ha, ha." Nik retorted not really that amused. "Not funny brother, perhaps this one will be the one that will bring you back to your sense." Though he doubted it...

Lovelee's gray eyes perked open as she watched the stallions approach, their speeds fluctuating as they conversed. When they reached her, her muscles tensed lightly. She could not be careful enough, her father had made too many enemies. "I don't kick teeth in." Lovelee grinned and looked to the black stallion and then to the white stallion. "Unless there's a reason to." She smirked softly, and watched as they circled her like skinwalkers at hunt. Their conversation was intimate, the one called the other brother. And as she searched their pelts for something, she noticed the roses that lay on both of their hinds, similar in all aspects. So they were brothers. She just laughed as they bickered softly. "So how are you boys today?" Lovelee smirked and spun in their little circle.
