About the Vessel and Spirit (Balamb)
The vessel is just as important as the spirit to create the Hiccup. So here's a bit of blurb for both!
Vessel: The Great Crested Newt (A.K.A. Warty newt)
A newt in the family: Salamandridae, found across Europe and parts of Asia. Since the 1940s populations of great crested newt have declined in most of Europe due to loss of habitat. It is the biggest and least common of the three newts found in the British Isles and is one of only three amphibians which are protected by the UK Biodiversity Action Plan!
It is an offence to:
• Intentionally kill, injure or take a great crested newt.
• Possess or control any live or dead specimen or anything derived from a great crested newt. (Ho shiz, does this mean I need to give up Balamb!? Hurhurhur. )
• Intentionally or recklessly damage, destroy or obstruct access to any structure or place used for shelter or protection by a great crested newt (in practice this means both its breeding sites, and its terrestrial habitat).
• Intentionally or recklessly disturb a great crested newt while it is occupying a structure or place which it uses for that purpose.

Spirit: Isabeau Anatolle VI
Isabeau Anatolle VI is a daughter of a prominent French noble of the 17th century, the epitome of the 'French' of the time. She attended a masquerade hosted by her Italian betrothal of a high stationed duke and was murdered quite callously by another family via poisoned wine. They wanted to win the duke's son and therefore climb higher in the messy social ladder of royalty. The duke's son, however, by sheer un-luck of coincidences, was pinned for the murder and hanged. Both spirits have wandered searching for each other to grasp tenatciously at a life they never had. It seems that Isabeau was granted a second chance, but what of her betrothal...?
About the Vessel and Spirit (Moltovic)
Vessel: White Grape Plant (Chardonnay, Vitis viniferax Hybrid ) The white grape plant can actually be many species of different grapes. The one that this is using is the Vitis vinifera, a plant that can be red, purple, black or green-skined. And the domestication of the wild vines have produced different strains. When Chardonnay ripens it becomes more golden in color. This plant, at hybrid is a hardier in nature, and produces a very grapey aroma. It was found near the capitol Chisinau of Moldova. An abandoned winery with its grapes growing wild. A few of the plants were taken and donated to a Museum that was setting up a special about Grapes and Wine... Wiki LinkSpirit: xXx |

NAME : Bridget Elizabeth Beardsley-Flannery
REASON/MEANING: Her first name is derived from the Irish saint Brigid of Kildare, one of the patron saints along with Patrick. She was born on this saint's day: February 1st. Her father picked this out. Elizabeth was used as namesake of one of the English Queens, given to her by her mother before they divorced and separated. Her last name is the combination of her mother and father's. She hates it sometimes.
NICKNAMES/ALIASES: Bee, B n' B, "The Angry Bee" / No Aliases to speak of.
REASON: Bridget has a temper sometimes but you really have to grill her for it: hence Angry Bee. Other than that she's just Bee, or B n' B - super shortening of her name sometimes with last name.

LIKES : Food, music, and dressing up, studying magic, talisman and golem creating (They never work, but fetch really good money on eBay though!)
DISLIKES : Rude people, close minded, witch hunters, acts of large-scale changes, working with people (However does a wonderful job despite this obstacle.)
LOOKS : Rather short and waspy (in the waistline), her skin is almost as porcelain, but it is hidden by bottled tan. Her hair and way of dress does nothing to reveal her personality. Scene hair - recently dyed purple and platinum is short and wildly styled. Typically a jeans and tee-shirt type of gal, will don oversized flannels/hoodies on occasion. Sometimes will dress in lolita dress style - however lives far from the coda it really entails. Other notables - Piercings, a set on her ears, ring on the nose and a secret pair. (Unfortunate coming of age, drunken challenge that was executed all to swiftly.)

Other than some strange mood swings every so often, Bridget's pretty stable on the outside. Not much of a partygoer and rather relaxed. Nothing much perturbs her. Her insides tends to be messy - Bridget is going to be starting therapy in a few weeks or two at the behest of her two younger siblings.
HISTORY : Her mother and father immigrated to the United States. They were never close as a family - her mother and father almost always at odds or somehow ending up fighting, even up to the point of throwing objects or fists - and Bridget struck out on her own at the tender age of fourteen. She had lost her heritage, as being Irish and English meant very little to her. (When in fact her parents paraded around with their respective nationalities...)
Immersed herself into work and studies. (Well they weren’t studies as more than thirst for a particular knowledge.) Bridget had found an old book in the attic that spoke of binding mystical forces called vestiges - souls or perhaps remnants of gods to her so that she can use their power for her own gain. Memorization was needed for this type of work and the little effort paid off with relative ease. Her natural knack for magic paid off. After pouring over tomes, she then turned her thoughts on to making golems. Bridget had trouble but only after a few years of artistry and rising to be "unrivaled" for her porcelain works and other commodities and left for a better market in Gaia. (Really, she wasn't getting anything despite her fierce pride that all her works were better than everyone else's.)
Somewhere in her timeline she acquired siblings that she grudgingly started to take care of since her parents divorced soon after she had left. They were twins and are a sore spot in her life. In fact some would even guess that they were hers on occasion. Still, they are family and even though she had almost a seething (and displaced) hatred for the twins, she cares for them with the best of her ability.

Please do not explicitly describe her [or his, you can change her gender if her guise is such!] magic, but use to full extent the process or aftermath.
