Appearance
Hiyowai is often called a secretive beauty and—like I said below ‘princess like‘—but she doesn’t think that this is an accurate description. Despite her lack of weight on the abdomen area, her frame possesses a kind of hour glass figure, yet she is rather physically weak appearance and physical wise but don‘t let this fool you she can still deliver a decent punch if it is needed. She is no longer as small and delicate as she used to be, but she retains the lightness of foot she had and is able to run, jump and fight with energy most people despair of. Her eyes are still large; still incredibly jewel red and still deceiving. Hiyowai has a very piercing gaze, which can make one feel like she is reading you’re every thought simply by looking at you. As a teenager Hiyowai had a jaw which seemed too large, and slightly too pointy, for her face but she has now grown into it. Her eyebrows, on occasion, appear far too thin and Hiyowai, as a woman, does tend to fiddle to make sure they both look equal and fine. Especially after that one time when she was insulted at a ball because one of the other princes thought it may be funny to comment on Hiyowai’s eyebrows as they were dancing. She didn’t talk to him for a week because of that.

Finally her eyes are the almond-shaped; still extremely, vividly jewel rouge. She has several marks over her body—particularly on her upper left arm, many don‘t know where it comes from but she was born with the battle scars of the silver crystal. (So any damage would appear on her skin.)

One of Hiyowai personality's most positive features is her sense of humour, which is shown mainly when people who she wishes she could be are fighting as she finds it funny. This is something which often sustains Hiyowai in her efforts to impose some order in her world, or wisely master the worlds resources in the way that helps her (like she enjoyed being in the park so she used it‘s beauty to cheer her up). Although unlike most she doesn‘t really have a dry sense of humour and she doesn‘t really approve that much physical contact. What the personality she has, she is very good at is everything that others find a little tedious despite her fragile lifestyle she had in the past. Hiyowai is known to being endlessly prudent, reliable, persevering and disciplined from the up bring she has had. Most people know that Hiyowai is kind of in favour of conserving assets and is a firm supporter of all things traditional and conventional. She is also has become fanatical moralists, but even if opposing anything that contradicts her view of the world come into play involving money of anything Hiyowai is most likely to try her best to try and include that opposing thing. But she is also widely known for her generosity of nature because of this. The Senshi of Nemesis has found she has this need to be in control and she believes it came from her past, especially living with the Senshi in the past. At first Hiyowai seemed to distrust anything spontaneous but she later learned to push this aside because of the occupation she placed into…a senshi.
Hiyowai has been known to be extremely rigid and pessimistic in her outlook; and she can be kind of gloomy and depressed (and depressing) in their interaction with other people when she‘s really in connection with Moon. She can also seem be emotionally cold and inhibited to people at first view but honestly she is just shy and she doesn‘t wish to rush in and disrespect anyone. The prudent and cautious side of Hiyowai’s nature can be taken to extremes at some times, even to the side of turning into the unsociable realm of the senshi she had always known before she met Lilith. Proceeding through her life cautiously and methodically, Hiyowai seems to have an instinctive awareness of her abilities she has, which she applies resourcefully in the pursuit of definite goals and for Hiyowai that had been to become a photographer. When her head is down in those photo albums, there is little that will distract her from them. However, she may have some moments in her life which causes her to really feel like she‘s really done something for the people around her. While she are very tenacious in achieving her goals, Hiyowai tend also to be rigid in her work patterns. This may be because she do not readily trust others to carry out her long-term plans, meaning she‘s not really into missing any work or training sessions, but she can be inclined to belittle the value of relaxation unless it serves a useful end - like a nice hot chocolate. Generally, Hiyowai approaches her health with the same discipline from what happened in her life. She use to be a naturally active person until the lab accident, but now she only allows herself the luxury of exercise if it fits into her scheme of things. There must always be a goal for her to set her sights on - a high mountain peak to conquer or a very challenging battle to win, for instance.
Once Hiyowai has conquered her natural reserve and shyness, she will make terrific partners: for although she is very cautious and introverted, but she can be very faithful when in a relationship (friendship or love). She honestly though needs a partner who will support her emotionally and give her a much needed boost in confidence which she needs. Some people don’t know this but Hiyowai is actually frightened of rejection and the possibility of being hurt that beginning a relationship which can be difficult for her and can cause for opportunities to be often missed which she was lucky in the case of Lilith cause she didn‘t miss it. Over time she started to be sort of losing her self-confidence and found it hard to convince herself that no one will ever find her attractive enough to embark on a long-term meaningful relationship. A flirtation is not something that appeals to Hiyowai that much really, who prefer a permanent relationship that gives her more emotional security. History
“Alchemy; it is the science of understanding the structure of matter. Breaking it down, and then reconstructing it as something else. It can even make gold from lead. But alchemy is a science, so it must follow the natural laws: To create, something of equal value must be lost. This is the principle of Equivalent Exchange. But on that night, I learned the value of some things can't be measured on a simple scale. My brother and I knew the laws of science, of Equivalent Exchange, that gain required sacrifice, that something had to be taken from us. But we thought there was nothing more we could lose. We were wrong.”

Once upon a time there was a queen named Serenity who ruled a large and mighty kingdom. And yet, she was sad for she was growing old and had no child to inherit the throne. Then, happily, a daughter was born… A princess. And she was given the name Serenity. Kings and Queens came from all around to offer their gifts to the child. But this was only one part of the story, another child remained hidden within the palace because of the dark story around her birth. She was never given name, and she was never shown to the people of the other planets. You see it had been six years before the birth of the Princess that she was given life, but not by a love between man and woman but from the power of alchemy. The king of the Moon was fascinated with the idea of this, he didn’t understand though what he was doing would later lead to his exile by his own wife. As his hands touched the ground a light shone around the silver crystal, the light so blinding it confused the young king as the shadow slowly appeared. But without equal exchange the young child was not given what she entirely needed, and there were things people couldn’t change. When the Queen found out, she tried her best to give this child what was needed and protection, but she could not leave her husband unpunished. Ten days after the birth of his daughter the king was exiled from the solar system, and he left never to returning to see his family.
As the young child was growing older she remained with a nurse maid, never allowed to be shown to anyone but the queen. She never knew the gently touch of a mother, or the love of a family. Despite her resemblance to a past queen the young child remained where she was, allowing her powers to slowly grow as she was left to play. One day she escaped from her nurse maid and wondered through the palace, and it was this day she meet the young girl she was meant to be. You see the king wasn’t trying to break the rules, but give the Queen a child after suffering from not able to get pregnant. Rouge eyes remained frozen upon the small form of the child as her heart started to shatter within her chest, her raven hue clinging to her pale skin as she withheld a cough. “You took my name, and my life. I-” That was the only time she ever spoke to Serenity; she collapsed from the excess of energy being used. It was then Queen decided it was time to send the young child away, and for her to grow up secretly away from the palace. Yet she didn’t understand that this young child was the child of her crystal, and didn’t understand the idea of what would happen if she was to fallen into the hands of someone who wanted to bring down the moon.
She was finally sent to Charon, and it was there she was introduced to her keeper. Sailor Lilith (fake name), a young silver haired young woman with the most caring smile, and it was this young woman who gave this child her name, Hiyowai Getsuei…The Sickly Moon. Hiyo grew up still struggling with her aliments, and yet she wondered why she was given this cursed life. No one could save her now that she was in this story, and sadly it seemed that no one loved her as much as she needed. Hiyo remained upon Charon for many years, even when she achieved the powers of senshi she was not brought to the palace. Not until the link between Crystal and girl was discovered, and it was all by an accident. Back upon the moon kingdom, Princess Serenity had been playing in her mother’s room and accidentally damaged the crystal. It was millions of miles away that Hiyo laid crumbled on the floor in agonizing pain as a scar appeared upon her shoulder, her mouth gasping from breath as her non-existent lungs seemed try and grasp it.
So maybe now the Queen realized it was time to keep her and safe, and show her to their people. At the age of Thirteen, Hiyo was introduced to the people of the moon as the child of the silver Crystal and she was granted a special spot within the palace, and it was this spot which would later lead to her demise. She was worked by the people to her death bed nearly, they wanted her at parties and celebrations, and no one saw this but Lilith. Finally upon the last new year of the moon Hiyo collapsed from where she had been, her body falling ten feet onto solid marble. She had died from the lack of energy, and from the crystal feeling a strain between itself and hers. No one knew this though, and people put it down to the shoddy alchemy work and her body was disposed off without the Queen knowledge. But this would not be the end of Hiyo, no because alchemy can never died and yet can not be reborn. A hundred years later after the downfall of the moon kingdom, Lilith found Hiyo buried deeply into the hard surface of the moon, asleep and unharmed and still adorned within her white dress she had fallen in.
She was alive, and sadly she could have never of died until the Crystal was destroyed. Over this time she had been in a dormant state trying to regain that of what she had lost, her body nearly healthy enough to be placed back into that role she once had…but god she was lucky. Lilith took her away and hide her upon earth, and it was here many thousands of years later she was reunited with her ‘mother’ and the one who had taken her space. When Usagi was nine years old Hiyo met her, a young girl seeming to be seventeen meeting the nine year old who had been only a few younger than her. But truth be told they’re meeting did not lead to anything but a simple ‘kitty’ from Usagi and Hiyo walking away. She could never forgive Usagi and she would never allow her to be happy, she needed to know the pain she had put her through.
During all the battles though Hiyo was sent away to the future but Pluto herself, and it was there she remained and always has been in the palace yet her history still unknown by any inner senshi. It is here she now stands as she makes her presence known in the future.

Weaknesses
Hiyowai was never born, she was created from Alchemy. Because of this the young women was born without a heart, and was born with an illness which causes her to become weak. The young women is also prone to memory lost, and can be influenced easily to the dark side. She follows the alliance of the Silver Crystal, so if it is upon the wrong side she is she.
Strengths
Hiyowai is an intelligent young woman who is the top of her class, and due to her state in her weight the young women is rather quick upon her feet. This young woman can also understand the feelings of her ‘mother’ and knows what it wants. But all together the young woman is known to make good friends when it is needed.

Henshin Item and Weapons
[Henshin] ‘Crescent Locket’ was the name given to Nemesis’s henshin item. It is a basic, every day, wear which rests upon her wrist, the main locket compartment the hue of black with silver metal patterns. It wraps around her wrist with creamy yellow around her wrist.
[Staff] A silver rod or more a staff has a large orb framed at the top with a wing ornamentation holding it onto the staff. The orb is called the Nemesis Orb, which can detach from the staff. The orb is of a black colour and the rod is a silver colour, and the wings are white.
Senshi Fuku
When in the Sailor Nemesis formation, Hiyo’s ebony hair remains the same but many have exclaimed it could be darker or light but no according to the senshi herself it doesn‘t change a shade. Her sailor fuku is a modest white. However, the fuku only seems to emphasize her fragile imagery. The skirt of the fuku, almost similar to Sailor Moon’s and Sailor Chibi Moon's but it has two layers, is a pleated one with a trim of white that lines the deep ebony fabric that rests around her legs. Where the skirt meets the bodice; however, a band of white fabric can be found wrapped firmly around her hip line. The skirt is a bit shorter than the original Sailor Senshi skirt‘s, meeting a bit more than the tops of her thighs. The sailor flap is the same modest black as her skirting, and the bows at her breast are black and at the back they are a calming black with two longer thick black ribbons coming from the back. The transformation charm in the centre of the front bow is a simple black circle, rather than a white curvy heart she use to have lower down the senshi levels. Her gloves are white with three black trims, and that same black colours the thin choker around Saturn’s neck with no symbol upon it. Her thighs leading to lithe calves and then her ankles which are fixed with cool black high heels shoes with a band leading from the back around her ankle. Finally upon her brown is a tiara of silver with her senshi gem of black in the shape of an oval.
Powers
[Offensive] “Lantern of Hope!” She called as she rose her staff up into the air; her hands held the staff tightly as the wings upon the staff started to flutter quickly. The orb slowly floating into the sky and above Nemesis, as it float it started to flash. The light slowly growing brighter and brighter until it shot out like a light from a fog light, but as the light shines it repels darkness and evil but brings forth the light and good.
[Offensive] “Nemesis-Fortuna.” she whispered as she pulled her hands down towards the floor before throwing her hands up and over her head. As she flicks her hands up, as the coins appear above her head coins appear slowly starting to spin. Suddenly after time they fly forwards like shooting stars, or bullets.
[Offensive] “Sea of Serenity…” she whispered as she slowly pushes her arms out in an open hug like motion, but as she does that a large wave of ki silver water appears behind her before washing over everyone. The good will not be hurt but the evil will feel like they are drowning.
[Defensive] “Winged balancer of life!” She yells as she raised her hands up, a spout of water slowly shoots up from her hand as a pair of wings seems to come over it. Out of no where, angel moonlight appears and creates a barrier.
[Healing] “Dark-faced goddess, daughter of Justice…” she says calmly. Her lips gently touch the wounded in a sign of respect before healing ki slowly exchanges itself.
