Share some of them with us. =]

My favorite dream has to be when... This girl in rl, who I almost dated but she was erm too young... well...
So me and my dad go to her house for some reason right... So I go up to the door, knock on it. And this lil kid answers, and then, she appears at the door, and gives me a big caring hug. =] Like she understands what things have been like for me, and is there to be a comfort to me.
It brightened my day. =] I've had a few other dreams where I have been hugged caringly by sweet gals, and boy does it brighten my day. =]

"Happiness is like peeing in your pants..."
... I can't remember a lot of my good dreams, just the bad ones...
My sister, when we were super young and sharing the same room, woke up one night to hear me say: "Don't go Batman! I love you!"
Apparently he did because then I turned into my pillow and cried without waking up.
xd "...Everyone else can see it, but only you can feel the warmth."

♥ I don't know if this is my favorite dream, but it sure is one of the most memorable. You guys know those water slides or those slides in the kiddie places where its just this big tube or strong plastic? Well, in my dream, the slide was white and it was very bright. The slide was very long, and the whole time i was sliding, Elton John was behind me, sliding too. And he was singing "circle of life" And then the slide ended and i was alone is this big creek and then i started crying cuz it was scary then i woke up. xd ♥

Wow, that's cool. Dreams are fun. Mostly because I know I'm dreaming so I just go nuts. I can make just about anything in my dreams happen. the catch? After a while, I lose control and the results... vary stare I've jumped off cliffs in my dreams... until the day I was so relaxed about it and hit bottom before i woke up... somehow... it hurt more than anything I've ever felt in real life... made a note never to do it again... dream or not. And my favorite. Once I dreamt I was in Egypt while they were building pyramids and it was just so fascinating.

^^ Yeah those pyramids are quite the wonders aren't they? Though how they were made is not the most pleasant subject. >.<
Do you guys/gals have much control over what you dream? Are your dreams usually pretty normal and related to real, or really weird?
I personally hardly every have much control over what I dream, though I am generally pretty conscious of things that happened in real while in my dream, and process them in my dream. My dreams are usually very very weird, and sometimes I'll have people I hardly known pop into my dream, and sometimes their are people I know well in them.
Lately, like within the past year, I've had some very adventurous dreams. In one of them we were like making an action movie... cept it didn't seem like a movie when we were making it. It seemed like stuff was actually happening.

♥ @Fuzziewuzzie: I was reading this book and it started talking about lucid dreams. And it's basically when you're dreaming but you're aware that it's a dream xd
And then it started talking about how you can control your dream (the book) and apparently, you could try writing a phrase n a piece of paoer and read it twice every half hour or so, and when you're dreaming, you'll keep remembering that phrase in your head cuz it's like a mantra xd ♥

Well I remember stuff from real... But I can't really control the contents of my dream... perhaps a lil bit what I do in it though. But I'm not like a god in it.

heart Suicide SPicy Taco Ranger heart There was only one time I had a dream that was as close to an answer from God I'd ever had. But that's all it was... just a dream.
I was reading the Bible late one night. I could hardly keep my eyes open (as I do with most good books that keep me up through the night). I read about the angels in heaven and their constant praise. Of particular interest were the angels said to sing of God's grace forever and ever. Now because I was raised with one Jewish parent, and one Christian parent, I was exposed to content on both sides. The question that plagued me as I'd finished was... why would anyone just want to sing to or about someone forever? Wouldn't they get bored? It seemed unfulfilling just to praise someone forever. I actually thought the idea was very stupid. And then I went to bed. In my dream I was standing in a forest. It was very beautiful. I was dressed in a simple white robe, and... I was singing... It wasn't just me. The forest was full of people that were singing. Strangely, I didn't even understand the words, but I was still singing them. I meant every bit of it, but I didn't know why. Thing is, I didn't care why either. The sky was filled with an endless white light, radiant like the stars themselves: brightest towards the center. It was the only thing I knew. We were singing to the light. I remember how happy I felt just singing. It was liek the greatest feeling in the world. I coudl have cried, but I was too happy to cry. Then I remembered the question I had before I fell to sleep. Why would anyone do this? It just doesn't make sense. Then remembered myself, and... I stopped singing. Everyone else around me stopped singing as well. But then, for a reason I can't explain... I felt very sad - as if my heart had been broken. I felt weak, fearful and afraid. Looking around, everyone seemed as confused as I was. An old lady asked me what was wrong. I just stared at her blankly and asnwered- "I just stopped singing." She just stared at me. Then she started singing... all by herself. I remembered how happy I was to be singing, and I wanted that happiness more than anything else int eh world. So I too started singing. So did everyone else. We were all singing together again. In my dream, for some reason I knew, I would never stop singing again. I can't explain why. When I woke up I cried for hours... It was the only time in my life I ever felt connected to what might have been an answer, but never since.
I will always remember that dream, because unlike most dreams, it holds a place in my heart by the dearest of memories. What I felt singing... like the words I used to sing... is beyond anything I understand to this day.

@Sefira... God can reveal things to use through dreams sometimes... Take the example of Jacob in the bible... God spoke to him through some dreams. He even wrestled with an angel as he slept. Joseph also had dreams and visions of things, which God revealed to him... As for why you'd continue to sing and sing...
If you saw the most amazing thing ever, who loved you, and took care of you, and made everything the way it should be... so basically everything about that thing was the best ever... Wouldn't you want to praise it all you could, for being so amazing... That's why...
Let me put it this way... If you were about to die, drowning somewhere... and this guy comes in and saves your life... and he does this over and over again as you nearly die many times... Wouldn't you wish to give him some gratitude. He would pretty much be like the best thing ever to you right? You'd still be alive because he saved you so many times. You'd try to do as much as you could to thank him.
Hopefully that clears things up a bit.

Pretty cool dreams everyone. I have a lot of favorite dreams but unfortunately I can't remember them right now. I've found that I have control in some of my dreams and that I know that I'm dreaming. Just recently I had a dream where Freddy Krueger, Micheal Myers, and Jason where chasing me around my house. I ended up in a closet and they were trying to break in. Seconds later they did and were slowly advancing on me. Suddenly something clicked in my mind and I realized that it was just a dream. So I began saying, "Wake up. Wake up." and I didn't so I just sat there in the closet. After that the three just vanished and the dream continued on.
Regarding the "phrase being repeated to control a dream" statement; I've heard that it was true. It also works if you hear something repeatedly while you sleep. There is an invention that does just that.
What I do is sleep with my iPod on (on shuffle) and the different songs that play get put in my dreams. Let me tell you, that causes some very interesting dreams.
