I think we should therefore design out own model, based on (or not based on) this model.
I really, really don't like the idea of using the waterfall model, and it really doesn't look like you guys are going to stick to it if we were to use it.
Sorry to be such a b***h :/ it's just, we need a plan. Even if the plan is, "for now, we research what we'll do next."
We just really super need that.
You have no idea how important that is.
I vote we get a project manager.

We'll be sticking to this, but we might jump back a stage or two every now and again to reassess.
The other extreme is the spiral model, which I'd love to follow, but it is strenuous. (We can do both)
The plan is, we get the specification and the name down then we move onto the next item.
I've designed a website already, I...know how important the planning is.
I vote you nominate one. Then the rest of us will vote yes or no.
