That's right! Once again, I will be hosting a costume contest for the month of October for the denizens of Kapow!. Please read the rules carefully-this contest is run more strictly then some of the other contests I host by necessity. Last year someone didn't follow the rules, and much sadness was had by them. Don't let it be you!
Da Deal!
For the last week of October (Monday the 24th through Monday the 31st, actually), entrants in the contest will don their Halloween wear and parade throughout the guild's Masquerade Ball! You will be voted on by the volunteer judges, and the first, second, third, and WORST costumes will all receive prizes!
Da Rules!
-You may only enter this contest with one account. Choose carefully!
-You may NOT change the gender of your account. It's pointless to use up your gender changes for this contest when it's so easy to have a mule of the other gender.
-Actual costumes only, no avatar edits or GAC creations, please.
-You may do anything needed to get your costume, be it donations from the Kapow! charity or borrowing from a friend. However, if it's heard that you're scamming or not returning what you've borrowed, well, instant bannage. But we're all good people here, so it's just a formality to mention it. biggrin
-Most of all, have fun!
Da Prizes!
-First Prize: An October 2005 letter plus 3000 gold.
-Second Prize: 2000 gold.
-Third Prize: 1000 gold.
-Worst Costume: Last year, the 'winner' got five Hockey Masks. What could be worse then five hockey masks? You'll just have to wait and see...

Unlike other contests, you MUST register ahead of time. I need two judges who won't be participating in the contest to help me in deciding the winners (and loser!). Cutoff date to join is Friday, Oct 21.
