The only notable article of clothing he wears outside of work is a brown jacket with 'The Symbol' embroidered on the back. Other than that, he usually wears a white, collared button down shirt and slacks. He is nearsighted and uses reading glasses. No matter what he always appears dirty and unkempt.

He speaks German, English and Russian, Russian being his first language. Vikor has little regard for established rules and blatantly defies company policy on many occasions. He often kills targets of bag-and-tag assignments and every once in a while an important file will be reported missing, only to be found in a garbage can weeks later. Viktor's job enlists him as a tool to immobilize targets. Like most super powered primatech operatives, he resents the 'non-special' operatives. He would rather listen in on a conversation than be a part of it and he comes across as resentful when forced into conversation. Viktor has an odd obsession with slurpies and literally consumes nothing else.
Power/Description:
Viktor drains the life from other people. Regardless of their status as an evolved human, anyone Viktor touches while consciously using his ability is drained of life and left a dried out husk. It works in three stages: In the first few seconds or so he drains the person's day to day energy that is easily replaced by eating and sleeping so the worst the victim suffers from this is exhaustion. Past that he feeds on their life expectancy. This causes much more damage, the person can expect a hard recovery and depending on the amount won't live as long. Once life expectancy is gone Viktor takes what is left of the body's immune system and mind power to an small extent. It is the last stage that causes the body to collapse on itself with nothing left of its ability to function. This sometimes means that the body doesn't dry up until Viktor has already started walking away.
He can use it very carefully to destroy only certain cells or certain parts of the body.
Greatest Strength:
The life drained from his victims strengthens him. He can go days without sleep or food and if he gets enough can allow him above average endurance, he could probably fall out a three story window and survive on a good day. His immune system is also above average, toxins in his blood stream are easily filtered where other people may need more time to heal.
Greatest Weakness:
Viktor must be touching his victim until the process is complete, leaving him open to attack for a time. His ability will not work on anyone with healing abilities because, in the case of Regeneration *think Claire*, the body replaces what he takes and in the case of a healer *think Linderman*, the victim's ability will be triggered and Viktor will only benefit from that. In addition, the killing of certain animals carrying many diseases will cause him to pass out while his body fights infection because, while his immune system is terrific, his ability literally dumps everything he takes directly into his bloodstream, more than one disease or an extremely deadly disease will require every bit of his strength to fight off completely. When he sleeps he has nightmarish dreams of the people he has killed.

Biography:
He discovered his ability as a teenager living alone in Russia after both his parents died. Viktor embraced the power gladly, using it to consume animals and people alike after torturing them gruesomely. He often left the brittle bodies of his victims on the door steps of his or her friends and family.
Eventually he started traveling. He spent a few years in New York where he first came into contact with Primatech. The company caught him and kept him detained for two years on lock down in level 5. Eventually he won the favor of his captors and was offered a job. Faced with a choice between rotting in level 5 to 'starve' for the rest of his life, or sworn loyalty to the Company, Viktor took the job. He was relocated to Germany after that where he lives currently.
